Today I vow to never send business to this restaurant again. It started at 10:20 AM when my officer manager convinced me I should eat there since they have Breakfast options. We order it through the app and I arrive at the restaurant at 10:27 AM. There happened to be a car wash there some reason so the line to order inside confused me but I went in anyway. I gave the name that this is under Kathy with a K or Tony and was told to go outside to receive it. I go outside to re park my car in a spot that said mobile pickup right next o handicap front of the restaurant. A bald man comes over and strongly tells me I'm wrong for parking there even though I was told indoors to go outside to do it. He says "go to lane 3 to pick it up in drive through". I just pointed at the sign that this was mobile pickup and I just wanted to pickup Breakfast, but despite his rudeness not totally explaining this is reserved, I connected the dots that this was "Biggest app user Cathy something" which I then apologized to him that I didn't know this was some type of VIP parking kind of like employee of the month and I'll go follow his instructions. I swing my car around to drive through and met with a woman with an iPad to be told Breakfast is not served. Of course I know that because that's why we ordered it at that time. Next guy comes over with an iPad to tell me same message and am told I can order from Lunch. I told him "No I just want my Breakfast. You guys don't sell burgers" "We have Chicken burgers" "Right and that is why I want my Breakfast I ordered because I only like beef burgers" so I was told to go to the end of drive through to resolve this. I pass by a podium a 3rd employee at drive through tells me the same thing which is now getting annoying because I am now at this place for over 15 minutes waiting for cars in front of me in drive through. Once I reach the window I give the name "Kathy or Tony" and am denied because it is no longer Breakfast, no longer served after 10:30 AM. I was told I need to pull to the side to talk to a manager and no I am not getting my Breakfast which was ordered in app. I was already perturbed but I didn't want to hear this like this and be ignored. I told the crew leader at the window "We can discuss this right here at this window" "There are other people behind you" "Mam, I am not worried about these other customers. I am worried my order which I am serving my mechanic for my order and I want to do this here." She threatened to tow me and how this private property and that was quite upsetting. Mr. Clean the guy who told me to go into drive through comes in strong again and threatens the towing company in front of my car instead of being professional. I call my office manager and she tells me that I should just do what they want even though this crew is totally wrong, so I do pull to another parking spot that is not designated as the VIP parking for customer of the month or whatever. I get yelled at that where I am is not a parking spot either by Mr. Clean who now is near my face while I'm in my car and now I am totally upset. Apparently he had also called North Las Vegas Police on me for being a customer and not serving my food. I leave but I will never come back. This wasn't a place I like anyways because the fries are good, the presentation is good, but not my food, and not the type of customer service (or lack there of) I would want for my own customers. Although personally I was never a customer of Chick-Fil-A, my clients and my employees swear by this place but I will never buy anything from this company based on today's experience ever again! Our personal and company lunches will not have anything to do with this company, so let me ask you Chick-Fil-A, was this worth it to treat...

It's really rare for me to write a negative review but I see this as a opportunity to learn from the mistakes and grow. I decided to give this place a try to see what's all the Hype and this will be my last time coming to this place. I went to the Drive thru and the first thing I notice was all the workers are Teenagers. I already had a feeling our order will be wrong. We pulled up, rolled down our window and the young gentlemen asked us "what would you like?" I begin to state our order and there was a malfunction with his iPad. He said "hold up." The line continue to move and we moved up. He obtain a new tablet and we begin to re-order. Unfortunately, that second tablet malfunction again and we continue to pull forward. I understand, it happens. He continue to tinker with the tablet and asked to repeat the order. As I was repeating the order, he cut me off saying "the guy by the first window will finish your order." I knew at this point of the line, the order won't be ready when I proceed forward. Another gentleman finished taking our order and stated the total. I asked to see he can repeat the order to make sure we have anything right. Right off the bat, the order was wrong. Seems like the first gentleman was just randomly entering items. *Sigh.... Fortunately, the second gentleman corrected the items and we pay for our order. As we got to the second window to pick up our food, another young teenager asked for the name of the order. I said my name and the second teenager stated to have him "park." The food is not ready." I said that's fine. I pulled into the park space and waited for a few minutes. Then a young lady came and dropped our food to us. We were missing our sauces and drinks? The young lady didn't even asked for our name, or said "I'll be right back." I waited for a few minutes and nothing. She didn't come back for our drinks or sauces. The cars behind me were coming and going. I grabbed another young gentleman attention and I said to him, "Hey, the young lady never gave us our drinks or sauces? " He asked for the name of order, moments later, he came back with our drinks and sauces. The drink were incorrect. They gave us diet drinks... At this point, we just left.
Communication is key! Communicate with your customers, I felt frustrated when I left. The food was already cold when we received our drinks. The review for the location are true. Just want to let you guys...
Read moreIf you deliver food, do not pickup from this location. Had 2 bad experiences here. This location forces drivers to wait in a huge line just to pick up food which wastes your time and makes the customer wait much longer than needed. Also had an experience with a rude employee when I went inside to try and pickup as well. I showed up to pickup an order and it was just a couple minutes after closing but the lobby was still open. I know the order was placed before they closed so I went to pick it up. The cashier proceeded to tell me they are closed and I tried to show him the order to see if they could check for it anyway since it was more than likely placed before closing time. He then proceeded to tell me they are closed in a very rude tone with no apology or effort to check for the order. I walked out as I canceled the order and told him "this location has the worst customer service." He followed behind me and locked the door and proceeded to tell me in a snarky tone "maybe you should read the signs next time" from behind a locked door like a coward.
As a delivery driver, we just accept trips as the app tells us. I have many times in the past done deliveries for restaurants shortly after closing because the order was placed before hand. For a chain that prides themselves in customer service, I am surprised at how poorly they treat delivery drivers who are doing a service for them. I've had no problems at other Chick-fil-a locations...
