Have not been to Burger King in over a year, maybe 3 times in past 5 years, but I was asked to go get food there and I did. I drove up to the drive thru, waited, pulled up to the speaker, waited, car in front moved up a space, waited, another space, waited, waited, the whole time I could hear people chatting on the mic. Said hello a couple times and someone told them to turn off headset. I finally placed the order,... 3 times, and I believe they had it right when they repeated it back. Eventually I made it to the window, gave cash, and they walked away, later someone else gave change. Then I got 3 burgers, I only ordered 2. I asked for the fries and drinks, and eventually got 3 fries, I ordered 2.asked for my drinks and after more time, got them. Had to then ask for straws from the guy standing there with them in hand. The car behind me already backed out and left so they were not for anyone else. The receipt did show 2 large meals, with 1 plain burger, but it was not plain, and I didn't get the new burger special out but 3 whoppers. The reason I give 3 stars is after years of super dry burgers these were actually good, the fries aren't great but better than years past, and I basically got 3 meals for the price of 2. Read moreFreshly remodeled Burger King even added two drive in lanes. Soda machine is not clean at all so when you get soda watch for where the syrup sprays I watched a man in front of me trying to get Fanta Orange Soda and none of the syrup hit his cup. Mellow yellow wasn’t even pushing syrup at all just soda water. Now on to the food portion, they keep raising prices but quality keeps going down, my wife and I ordered 2 whopper jr with cheese no mayo no ketchup. We always check the sandwiches to make sure we know what we are eating and they gave us bad lettuce. This lettuce was so bad there is no way you wouldn’t be able to see that it looked like canned spinach. So needless to say we flicked that crap off the sandwich and moved on because trying to talk to someone good luck they all hide behind the wall and direct you to use the touch pad screens. They don’t even clean them so sanitation or cleanliness is definitely not a forefront wait until you see the tables soda stains bun seeds ect. I personally think Slowfood chains are dying, the only reason people use you is because we as Americans are always on the go and have no work life...
Read moreFirst of all, shame on you Burger King for letting your employees work in a facility with no air conditioning! Especially on this hot humid day! Everyone in there was cranky. I did not feel safe at your establishment as I saw a random person go behind the register and walk into the drive-thru stall. Luckily one of your employees saw him and ushered him out but this person appeared to be a friend of one of the people working behind the counter. As I was waiting for my order, another customer came in and began an argument with the drive-through person because apparently they had had a verbal altercation through the drive-thru window! I ordered a large french fry for $3.79 only to find out when it came in the to go bag, it was only half full and it was all the old fries that were on the bottom of the rack. When I asked the gentleman about replacing these, he replied angrily that I would have to wait at least 5 minutes. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
