The food here is always good but this experience was the worst. I went about 30 minutes before closing and the manager acted like she didn't want to serve us since they were about to close. She even looked at her watch more than once before she sent someone to take our order. The salad was too salty to eat the bacon bits looked like they added salt to them (see photos) and when I brought this to her attention...she didn't even apologize...she just said she would remake it but she couldn't make it the same way because it would still be too salty....and she offered no alternatives. I paid for my salad and asked her to remake it with real bacon opposed to the bacon bits that she stated was sodium and insisted that this is just how the bacon bits are made. I've been going to US Pizza at least 15 years and never once purchased a salad that was too salty to eat or that had bacon bits that appeared to be loaded with salt. .... Right when I was about to leave I asked for additional sides and condiments and she attempted to charge me for them. I respectfully declined to pay for the sides as I felt this was the least she could do to rectify the situation with my salad and the horrible customer service. She became argumentative and stated she didn't know my experience was so bad. Read moreI was recently in town visiting and, as always, ordered from one of my favorite spots—three large Salad Supremes. Unfortunately, one of the salads was missing meat. By the time I returned to my hotel room and realized it, the restaurant had already closed. I took a time-stamped photo and video as proof and returned the next day.
I spoke with a manager named Tre’ and explained the situation, even showing him the video and photo. While he did offer a replacement salad, I explained that I was heading back out of town and a replacement wouldn’t work—I simply wanted a refund for the one incorrect salad.
Tre’ was dismissive, unfriendly, and defensive. He claimed there was nothing he could do since the order was placed online and on the previous day. I found that completely unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for a full refund (which totaled nearly $50), just a refund for the one item that was wrong. Despite having the receipt and evidence, he offered no solution other than telling me to contact corporate.
Thankfully, Ashley at the corporate office resolved the issue in under five minutes—professional, understanding, and efficient.
The only reason I’m giving this a 4-star review is because I’ve never had issues in the past, and Ashley provided great service. If this review were based solely on my experience with Tre’, it would have been 1 star.

Read moreTook my wife and son here for lunch after church with a couple friends. Started out good. The staff was polite and everything was clean. It took almost half an hour after the rest of my table recieved their meals befor i got mine and then it was wrong. I calmly waited about 5 minutes and never seen our waitress to where i could bring it to her attention so now mad i took it to the counter and grabbed a menu to show the hostes who was very polite and apologetic and promised to take care of it and she did. No problem end of story. My waitress did not return to our table until it was time for us to leave and i had recieved the right order. When i let her know she just walked off. She returned with our bills and then i was charged for my bill as well as another. I have not contacted them yet because i did not notice the extra charge until this morning. Will update after speaking to them as far as how they resolve the issue but as of now i no longer support this company and have no problem passing on our story. I spoke to the manager Eric who was very nice and professional. He said he would look into it and call me back.
