Stop by during the Irish/Italian festival 2023; Great atmosphere, beautiful decor and beautiful people. Everyone was friendly and wonderful to speak to especially Ashley, Jacklyn and Sherrie. They make you feel like you are back at home in NY with family and friends. Love it. Had some good old fashion Cappuccino (awesome - Jacklyn); then I had the Balboa (suggest by Ashley), it was totally wonderful with that brown gravy sauce (YUM :)) and my GF had the Eggplant Parmesan -(OMG) that tomato sauce was fresh and on Point!. We shared and could not decide which one was the best lol. The cheesecake is made from scratch by Mom (Sherrie) and is straight out of NY. I do not have to travel all the way back to get real cheesecake, when NY is right here at Sarabella's. I wish I had the time to take some pictures of the food we ate but did not get a chance to because it was just to good to wait lol. I can say we both left the premises feeling that our family is here with us too. Thank you Carolina Gold for mentioning Sarabella's, for it was not for you, we would have...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this an Italian deli since it opened up it was an easy stop for me to pick up something for dinner. They have a wide variety of good. Last week I picked up their eggplant tower, a single stack of about 4 or 5 slices. About my third forkful I bit on something very hard and stopped chewing. Out came a small white stone like material, smooth on one side and rough on the other side. I brought it into the store and showed the owner’s daughter and insured her that it wasn’t a big issue I just wanted to make them aware that they may have a broken utensil or pot. She brought it back to her father and returned telling me it wasn’t an eggplant seed. I’m Sicilian, I’ve cooked and eaten more than my share of eggplant. Their seeds are more of a tan color and even cooked they never get hard as a rock. I don’t like being lied to especially when I came in there to inform them not to make an issue out of it. I do however have an issue being lied to. I need to trust the people who prepare what I eat and they lost my trust and I’ll never shop...
Read moreTried Sarabella's for the first time yesterday, after reading some great reviews, and we were not disappointed! This family-owned business not only has tasty food but friendly and personable staff! We ordered a chicken parm and a meatball parm. Now, we've tried these sandwiches all around the Myrtle Beach area, at so many places, and Sarabella's nailed it! Huge portion - could only eat half. The marinara was spot on and the meatballs and chicken were the best we've had since moving here two years ago. If you want authentic Italian cuisine, Sarabella's is the place to go. We will be regulars, and they not only have handmade sandwiches, pastas, and pastries but also sell NY items such as breads, pizza dough, and deserts straight from Brooklyn. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Sarabella's, for giving us a...
