This restaurant demonstrated blatant racism. I ate here on a recent vacation with a group of my friends. Business was brisk and many people were coming in and out, with several groups being large, including my own. As the crowd died down, a group of several black teenagers and young adults entered the restaurant. Within seconds of them entering, the woman working the front counter told them that it would be a forty minute wait. They quietly exited the restaurant and even expressed disappointment because the food looked good. This seemed odd to me as no one else was in line waiting for food, no one else had been turned away, no one else had been warned of a wait time, and there were PLENTY of bagels right on the counter ready to serve. I watched as several other customers, including a party of 7, walked in and were served WITHOUT question and without being told there was a wait. This can only lead one to believe that there was no issue with wait time and that this staff did not want to serve a group of kids who were just trying to eat breakfast based on the color of their skin. Do not eat here and give this business your money....
Read moreWas really looking forward to trying this spot for the first time and was more than let down. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. To start, the presentation literally made me lose my appetite. It was also very small, you can see in the pic in comparison to the chips. Upon further inspection I find out a chicken Caesar wrap from the bagel factory is just chicken and Caesar dressing in a tortilla lol. It was the only thing I got on my lunch break and I couldn’t eat it. The chicken was really fatty and wasn’t even cut up all the way. There were huge chunks of chicken (more than you would want in a bite) connected together by tendons. Really gross. Basically inedible, threw it away and wasted my money. Also my co earlier got pancakes and he said they were gross too. Bad first experience and...
Read moreOrdered four breakfast bagels - two ham, egg, and cheese, and two lox bagels, all toasted. Bagels were far from toasted, and the lox spread was basically a pile of cream cheese with spare bits of salmon. Lady behind the counter was extremely impatient and quite unpleasant. Got chippy with me for asking for cinnamon rolls from the menu that were out of stock. That's not my problem that you're out of something. Also, she acted as if I ruined her day when I asked to change the order to everything bagels for the lox instead of plain. The order wasn't even complete and paid for, so why the attitude? To summarize: stale bagels, bad preparation, and bad attitudes. I'll just get bagels from...
