Absolutely terrible, have had multiple issues with the Internet and cable, they say it's because of the apartment complex I'm living in (so you still provide knowingly subpar service at the full retail price?) call them after the Internet times out time and time again 45 minute wait... No waiting music or anything just dead silence I think they just want you to think you are disconnected so you'll hang up.... Just an absolute joke of a company don't give them a dollar if you can go with DSL in the area PLEASE do yourself a favor and do it.
-- another subpar experience 3/21/16, trying to get rid of our cable TV to lower the 110$ they want for tv and Internet. Calling all morning getting different answers for pricing. Manager on the phone says he notates the quote and to go to the store return the box and they will take the price. Go to the store in North Olmsted, lady immediately gets a nasty attitude with me, she did eventually get me the right price. However, it was done in such a rude manner that the end result was just not positive. I swear these people need customer service 101 and they need to actually be trained on the policies of the company. No one knows what the they are doing, but they all act as if the person you talked to before had no clue what they were saying and gave you bad information. Which in my experience has led to me being talked down to by employees. The monopoly they have on the area is just insane, 60$ for Internet that can't keep up with online gaming.... Read morePlease be sure to triple check your order before leaving the store! I recently went in to do a phone upgrade (Flip7) which had to be ordered. The attendant rang up the wrong phone (Fold7). I noticed it right away in the store and told him this was incorrect and he said he made the correction. A couple days later, the wrong (much more expensive) phone is delivered to my home. I take it back to the store and am told they cannot accept a return, provided no help me to me at all and said to call customer service. I called Customer Service (35 minute call) who said they cannot help and to call Samsung for some reason. Samsung said they can't help and to call back to Spectrum. I stopped at another store and they said they cannot help, call Spectrum. I called Spectrum again (while at the store) and after and hour on the phone said I would have to personally do a return. They sent me a label, I did the return. It was delivered to Spectrum a week ago and they said I cannot order a new phone because it will be two weeks before they can "decide" on accepting my return. Meanwhile, they have already started billing me for the Fold7. C'mon man....

Read moreI went to this store this morning since I was sent in by customer service to pick up sim cards for my new phone that needed to be activated. Jess, the associate, was very rude from "them" greeting me. Kept giving me and my partner dirty looks while conversating about my activation. Got my sim cards and was told by "them" that I will need to call customer service and figure out the rest of the set up myself. I explained that I didn't have a phone to call and "them" said that "don't you have a neighbor/friend?" I said that nobody was around since everyone I know was at work or live too far. Jess said " what? Do you live in the middle of the woods or something?" I was given nothing but sarcastic comments from Jess and the other reps didn't step up or offer to help. Just listened to me being disrespected in front of other customers in the store. My aunt had problems from rude workers in the past at this location and I found out for myself that she was not exaggerating. Never will I ever do business at this store again. Jess shouldn't work in public with "their" non caring and negative attitude. Very unprofessional environment being ran here. I deserve a free month of service from the frustration that was caused.
