Stopping by Casa de Uruguay was an excellent experience! I called before coming in person to order my food. I felt welcomed because the owners are super friendly and honest. I ordered a beef milanesa with salad. It was huge! I loved the dressing and the chimichurri on the side! I also ordered a miloja con dulce de leche that’s was also a large portion. While waiting, I ordered a pineapple batido that was delicious! If you are close to Port Charlotte, you can’t miss this restaurant on wheels!! I will definitely come back soon! 🇺🇾 🩵🧉🤩

My husband and I have spent months trying to find a good Latin spot for food. Extremely hard to find one in Florida, but I’m sooo happy we were able to be recommended this place from a friend. We now crave their burritos and in the past couple weeks we’ve been here about 5 times now. They haven’t disappointed. I’ve tried the burger, empanada and the burrito; amazing food. Best food in and around North Port and honestly probably all of Florida

Omggggg!!!! We tried food from here tonight and was blown away. There is something about a food truck with hot piping food that takes me back to my childhood days! We have their rib eye bowl and chicken empanadas. Crisp, well seasoned, yummy empanadas. I can’t wait to return.

This food truck was at our apartment complex today and the food was absolutely amazing and tasted so fresh. I’m nine months pregnant and I almost made my husband go and get me another beef and cheese empanada. My husband got the chicken burrito and I got the ribeye sandwich and oh my gosh I couldn’t believe how Flavorful it was, and again how fresh it tasted. But not only was the food a 10 out of 10 the customer service was amazing. They were so friendly. My husband had a whole conversation with the gentleman and they even gave my son some fries to munch on while we ordered. It’s hard to find good food trucks with great food and great customer service. Also not to mention, the portions were great And I thought the prices were pretty fair, considering how delicious the food was and again the portions. Worth every penny. We got their card because my husband and I both work for a company that take food trucks in and I can’t wait...

I stopped randomly at this truck last night. Best decision I made all weekend. I got the ribeye bowl and flan. First every flavor hit perfect on the bowl. Between the rice, the beans, the chimichurri, the ribeye being cooked perfect and very tender, everything in the bowl worked so well. I talked to Pablo. A super nice guy who loves to see people smile. This truck quickly became a favorite with one dish. Then I ate the flan… let’s get this straight man. I just went on a cruise and had crème brûlée. This flan. Was 10x better than what i just had on a cruise. I know it’s two different desserts but they do compare. Now I gotta say I’d solely go back just for the flan. But there is so much more to enjoy from this place it’s so fresh, flavorful and great priced. I’ll be back fast....

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Admittedly I was a little taken back by the prices...at first...but OMG...DELICIOUS!! Worth every penny!! They came out to the PCHS Varsity Softball Game (we have different food trucks at home games for baseball & softball) and this one is BY FAR the favorite!! Their fresh fruit juice - DELICIOUS. Their steak bowl - OMG DELICIOUS. There Casa Burger - DELICIOUS. Their steak burrito - DELICIOUS. The portion sizes are perfect! So filling. So flavorful. My daughter was literally dancing as she was eating her burrito. My other daughter forced herself to save 1/2 of her steak bowl b/c she wanted to enjoy the food again! My husband's burger...didn't stand a chance!! I wish they were our permanent food truck for...
