If I could give half a star I would! This location has very poor customer service. I ordered food for my colleague and myself via the app for our lunch right next door. We did this so that we could enjoy our lunch and not have to rush nor wait in the long line. Once at the location I hit that I was there and it said my order was being prepared. After 10 mins of waiting, I walked up to the door and knocked for assistance. I found an employee rolling a blunt(with marijuana on the table in the lobby). He came to the door and I told him I had ordered online and clicked on the app that I was there so what do I do now. He stated that I had to go in line to get my order. As I waited in line I watched as two employees went on a smoke(marijuana)break right by the door. So now two are gone and two are working inside(the manager and another employee)with a very long line. I could not understand why since my order was paid for already and being prepared. After waiting in line for about 20 mins I arrived to the window and was told they could not find my order.🤔 I showed the manager my order...in-which she stated that this issue keeps happening! The manager said again that they could not locate my order and I pulled up my order stating payment at that location! They just looked at me. I advised them that I was not leaving without my order especially since it was paid for and I was over 40 mins late for work(break over)! The young man with the blunt seemed to be the only one who knew what to do and told his manager to do a managers override but she said that she was unable to do what he advised. After a few more minutes I was asked my order again and it was finally made! In the end, I was almost an hour late coming...
Read morePretty good, sando made me feel less dead inside-but I was hungover, doing doordash, in 10° very icy weather... first hit food i was eating after a few hours up, could have been awesome or maybe a hot sandwich made from tree bark, dog fur, and cig butt's could have been good too..... let's say the sandwich was great.
My dog loved the nugs, but that's another example of "nugs bring joy, even a less than fantastical nug"... looked good tho. He might have ate me if I brought out chicken that wasn't his.... but visually 👍
They acted a little less than friendly... yes it was cold out and maybe I had hangover sweat smell, but even gross I tend to cover up any of my potential neg aromas.... plus, they are inside... I was hung, dash, icy styles all in one, and won't approach a customer with less than a fake, possibly creepy smile my fake happy is good I think tho, typically genuine care and hope they enjoy the service and the items that i brought, and at best I make sure they are happy and confident with the process...
Its fine... a chicken item each for me and my buddy to provide emotional life and stomach solvency is enough that I will be back, if my darkest, cold future...
Read moreWorst location I have ever been to. I ordered a single of the #1 meal with no mayo... I was charged for a double as well. When I went back to try to get inside since I had been through the drive through the door was locked at 8pm when their sign on the door says open till 10pm. I had to go to the drive through window to get my order straightened out. The manager who was making the food swore that she made the sandwich herself and she didn't put mayo in it. Well... I told her I ordered a single but got the double with mayo so I must've gotten the wrong order. I was given the single burger but they refused to give me the difference in the money because I did not want to pay for a double when I ordered a single. The manager proceeded to tell me that they don't give refunds and she locked the window. When she opened it to talk to the next customer.. I gave her the food back and asked for a refund. Now they wouldn't even look at me .. now they have the food and the money. Both girl at register and manager ignored me in the freezing cold.. not caring at all that they have both my money and my food. What happened to...
