UPDATE: Dominos sent me some pizza coupons - I appreciate the gesture.
PSA: Do NOT use Dominos at 8849 North Tarrant Parkway (NRH) Short story: 19 pizzas ordered (the day before) for a party never arrived, and the manager said "Lady, I don't know what you want me to do, call Pizza Hut." after failing to deliver on time, then upon his next promised time.
RANT: 19 pizzas (cheese and pepperoni, not complicated) ordered on Friday (online) for a Saturday party. Expected arrival time was 12:15pm. At 12, the app showed the pizzas had been in prep stage since 11:45 and should arrive in 10-16 minutes. At 12:30, I called to find out the status-- I was told "Oh. We got busy." I asked if we could pick them up and found out they hadn't been made yet. I asked for a manager, and I pointed out that my order had been placed the day before and should've been put ahead of the other orders and was told "Okay.". I asked when I could expect the pizzas, and I was told "30 minutes" (which is 1pm, 45 minutes after expected time).
20 minutes later, the app still showed the same status, so I called back to make sure they were arriving in 10 minutes. They still hadn't been made. I was told "Oh. I guess we are busy or something." The manager said "There's a chance they will come at 1:45". I asked the manager for his name, he refused to give it. I asked for the GM's name, he refused to give it.
I asked how he was planning on remedying the situation, and he said "I'll cancel your order." I said "That's not good enough, I've got 80 people here", and he said "Okay, fine, I'll cancel the order, AND I'll refund your money then." (I think my brain actually exploded here, was this not intended when he initially wanted to cancel the order!?)
I said "Well, obviously I would not pay for pizzas that I have not received, ANDI have a whole party here, can we come pick up pizzas? Why are we not being pushed to the front of the line?!" and he said .............. "Lady, I don't know what to tell you. Call Pizza Hut." and hung up on me.

Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst pizza experience we have ever had. The Dominos tracker said they were quality checking the pizza for 15 minutes? What a joke! The crust on the thin pizza was burned as were the banana peppers. The Brooklyn style looked as if they stretched a small pizza to make it bigger? And failed miserably. It was over cooked, as well. This leads me to believe we did not get the correct Brooklyn style pizza. The pizzas were NOT WARM AT ALL upon arrival. I guess I should have preheated my oven when I placed the order in preparation? Such a disappointing experience for everyone. A grocery store pizza from the frozen section would have been a better choice in retrospect. These pizzas literally left a bad taste in our mouths. Do not waste your money here. This establishment obviously doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve.
Follow up: I emailed customer care as instructed to after my review, but still have not received a response. What kind of service is that? This further shows that there is no interest in making this experience right. Merely an act to save face. As I previously stated, don’t waste your time...
Read moreI ordered a pizza last night at 9:30 PM. It was being prepped on the tracker for more than an hour, then it was in the quality check portion for over an hour as well. This order was meant for delivery, at around 11:30 PM i drove to the location 5 mins from where it was supposed to be delivered & the workers told me it was on track to be delivered right now. I could not pick up the pizza because a driver had it in their car. I asked for a refund & got one but the order was cancelled. Usually when you get a refund, you are still supposed to get your food. It never showed up. Also, the phones were ringing non stop in this establishment the entire time I was in there & not once did they even try to reach for the phone.
Worst food experience I have ever had in my life. I won’t be eating Domino’s ever again. This location is possibly the worst food establishment I have ever seen & the workers are complete idiots. I cannot believe this Domino’s is still open. Good luck to the workers ever having successful jobs. If they keep this rate up they will be terrible at every job...
