Y'all, I'm fixin' to give Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken the praise they deserve, 'specially when it comes to them heat levels! Now, I ordered me a Medium, bein' a somewhat-spicy-tolerant fella, Nick Wilhite here, and Lord have mercy, that Medium was hotter'n a June day in Nashville without a breeze! I mean, it had some serious kick, but in a good way. I'm talkin' flavor-packed, lip-tingin', "bring it on" kinda heat. I'd say next time, I'm gonna go ahead and order the Hot, 'cause a fella's gotta challenge himself, but, aw shucks, the Angry Hot? Heeell no! I'd need a waiver for that, and don't you worry, I signed it with a smile. It’s like they know they're servin' up the devil's breath in a bucket, and I respect that. 😂 Now, 'bout them k-dogs; I got the classic mozzarella, and whilst it was tasty, I reckon it was just a tad undercooked for my likin', so next visit, I'm gonna ask 'em to cook it well done, see if that don't make it perfect. And them sando-es, bless their hearts, the chicken's the star, but where was the cole slaw, y'all? I mean, I got a sandwich with precious little of that crunchy, creamy goodness. I'd recommend to Hangry Joe's – and to y'all readin' this – order extra cole slaw on that sando, 'kay? It's the perfect complement to them spicy, crispy chicken tenders. All in all, Hangry Joe's, y'all are doin' somethin' right. Great heat levels (just maybe a heads-up for us Medium-orderin' folk), delicious k-dogs (just cook 'em a mite longer, please), and a darn fine chicken sando (just don't forget the cole slaw, for Pete's sake!). I'll be back, and next time, I'll be ready for the Hot, with extra slaw and a well-done k-dog. Yall got a customer for life! 👍🌶️

I have to recommend this to a specific sort of person. I, however, was not one of those people. Hangry Joe's had a few things that made itself different from others, but it's few and far between from other places I'd much like to recommend instead. So when you walk in, you expect a bit of business, right? Completely dead, save for a few coming in ecery ten-twenty minutes. The person I made the order with was nice and even gave me some recommendations. Definitely had options on the menu to choose from. The most popular was their #1 Combo, and it took VERY long to make despite there being almost nobody. The food you get, for the price, wasn't the best. There was hardly any of the "Hangry Sauce," which tasted like your generic secret sauce at Jack in the Box, and the taste was rather lackluster no matter what you add it to. The waffle fries were... mid? I mean, I love waffle fries, but they were definitely below average. The drink it came with didn't even have any lids available. But the real let-down was the sandwich. I expected spice! Yet it tasted more sweet than anything with its "Cider Slaw??" They might as well take off the waiver if this is what they had to offer, "Angry Hot" must be their "Medium." Overall, this location missed so much, and what they did deliver felt overpriced in comparison to somewhere like Dave's Hot Chicken. I wouldn't say it's a complete waste to visit and see how you might like it yourself, but please just know that there's also not much to really do besides watch looping "highlights" of better times at other places.

This place was delicious! I've been to other hot chicken places but was drawn to this spot for the Korean inspired items- mainly the Sando! The Sando was delicious, the cider slaw provided just enough bite to even out the spice of the chicken. The spice levels are accurate, if you cannot handle spicy items I recommend starting with Mild and working your way up. There are no Kids Menu items BUT we ordered the Korean Chicken Nuggets in Soy Garlic and our 4 year old devoured them! The serving is enough for two people, so you could share or spot some leftovers. Korean fried chicken tends to have more of a crunch, and the fry on the chicken tends to be lighter so that aspect was nailed. Very juicy, and the chicken is fresh. The restaurant is in a shopping center, small but clean inside. The bathrooms were clean also! The guy at the register was very welcoming, and they also have self ordering kiosks if you're just wanting the ease of ordering on your own. I really enjoyed this place! I think they have been open a couple of months, and it's definitely worth giving it a try.

Went to this place because my job mentioned it just opened. I love supporting new small businesses. And I love a good chicken sandwich. Which is what I got. Comes with cheese and coleslaw and pickles in the burger. I opted out of the coleslaw and pickles. And they give you multiple choices for spiciness if you eat it hot or not. I got mild.

The sandwich was perfect! Absolutely wonderful. Comes with a chicken much bigger than the buns. I couldn't finish and will make a great meal later on. Buns were good. The sauce in the burger was tasty. And mild was the perfect amount of spiciness for me. You can get hotter/spicier choice at your own discretion because i bet they are very spicy. This a is a real legit chicken sandwich.

Waffles fries are rare these days and these waffle fries were also perfect. Comes with some sort of dipping sauce for the burger which did compliment the sandwich. The only complaint was it was pricy at $17. Sandwich fries and a drink. But it is not a fast food joint. To me, it's priced right because of how good it was and I will definitely be coming back. Even five guys is close to that and I still go back. I don't mind paying a little more than fast food prices if it is better than fast food. And this is better than any fast food or any restaurant for that matter.

Nice customer service, they have kiosk to order which is how i ordered. Very easy. The restaurant is super clean and nice. I got mine to go. Parking was Easy to get in and out. Will be recommending this often and definitely treating my self...
