I ordered 2 whataburgers and I had a coupon. Then she forgot to give me my cups so I asked her may I have my cups and she made a smacking sound and gave me the cups. Then when someone brought my order to me she gave it to me and walked away when I was trying to ask for a cup holder. I left since I was in a hurry to get back to work. The coke ended up spilling all over me. So I went inside to clean up. I put my car keys on the counter in the restroom since they were all wet too drying them and myself off. Then I went to the front to ask for a cupholder and a receipt. She told me its on your bag. I told her it is not and I looked inside and it was not in there. She then told e she could not print it. Then to find out after refilling my drink my keys were missing. The lady asked me what I was doing I told her I think my keys are in the trash they are missing. She walked away I went to the front to ask them for gloves so I can dig in the trash. Like who would let a customer go through the trash?. She gave me the gloves and so I looked through the trash. And one of the guy employee said don't do that what are you looking for. I told him and so I had to go to the RR trash to find my keys. Digged in the trash can and Found them. As i was leaving He told me I hope your day gets better and I'm glad you found. Them he barely got there and helped me. Glad he was there to help but I will not go...
Read moreWhile this is one of the cleaner and nicer Whataburger's I've been to, the customer service and attention to detail with orders is just non-existent almost.
First time dining here, ordered mobile and selected curbside and selected a 9:55 PM arrival time. Arrived at 9:55 on the dot and selected my spot.
And waited. And waited. And waited.
Finally around 10:10 I walked inside and told them I had a mobile order. While they were grabbing my food, I asked another employee "So y'all don't do curbside anymore?" and he stated they stopped curbside at 10 PM. I told him I'd been out there for 15 mins and he simply stated "Oh okay." and went about his duties.
Just recently I placed a mobile order for a burger meal and a salad. Walked in to pick-up since I can't trust much else here, and was promptly given my food. Minus a salad. Asked the worker for it and he happily obliged. After a couple mins he brought it out. With a spicy chicken filet that looked like it was under the warmer for better part of an hour. I asked another employee if it was indeed a spicy filet and he said "Honestly I have no idea." but he fixed it and brought it out promptly.
Just poor attention and awareness on multiple trips makes me hesitant to visit this location again unless I have 30+ mins to spare to get my order and...
Read moreAt the register young lady doesn't speak just looks at me, i ask if she's ready she looks and finally says yes. I tried to kindly allow the young lady to see that her demeanor was negative and poor. The manager was standing there and observed her customer service. I even said glad everyone is in a good mood. The manager acknowledged what I was saying. This young lady continued to display poor customer service skills as I waited for my order. Other customers asked for assistance and she called someone else to help. I informed the manager who was the same one there while I was ordering and let her know that customer service was lacking she agreed but just smiled. I even let her know I was going to be a review and it didn't seem to be a concern. This is disappointing especially being the area this Whataburger was in but I guess good customer service isn't a hook for your establishment. No one wants to work everyone wants a paycheck. Lastly if this is true management of Whataburger expect more negative reviews or decline in business. This was the Whataburger at Tarrant and Davis in North Richland Hills TX Yes I did tell manager I would be doing Google review she smiled...
