I love Chick-fil-a but will not return to this location. It is the first location where I experienced awful customer service. I placed my order with a helpful person. When I got to the window I paid and was asked to move forward to wait for my order. After about 5 minutes, Josh came to my car without my order. He told me they had ran out of the gallon jugs for the tea. I advised him that they were filling mine but I was asked to wait. I saw the gallon jug myself. He then went on to explain the jug I saw would have to be used for a catering order. I told him thanks for making sure I knew that I was not an important customer. His response, was to laugh. Really? He then said he would refund me for the tea. Instead of providing the rest of my order which could have been fulfilled he refunded me for the two items. I was shocked that he did not even offer to provide the item they could fulfill. I will take my business where it is actually appreciated. Thankfully there are many Chick-fil-A's to choose from. Read moreThe great free breakfast today was two plain dry pieces of toast!! They ran out of sausage. (Since it was a treat for my son, I bought him the minis-they are always yummy) My problem however was the absolute rudeness of the man at the drive through!! Terrible customer service !! They did not want to give us our dry biscuits because they thought I had already received one earlier in the morning. He even got the manager to come look at us to see if we had been inside. He was sure someone that looked like us had been inside. I always scan my card and wanted them to look at my app to prove I had not been there today. Actually I was there twice yesterday !! At breakfast and after school. They still did not act like they believed me. I am so upset at the rudeness of this store after my family goes there at least 3-4 times a week. I was almost in tears. I cannot believe they thought I was lying about a free piece of bread. I guess I will be making the trip to the friendlier Chickfila up the street!!! All over two dry pieces...
Read morethis is the only place i’ve ever had to come back to in order to receive missing items or food is incorrect. only one person was in front of us in the drive thru & it took about 20-30 minutes for us to get our food. they forgot a sandwich, hardly filled the fries, the ice in the drinks had already melted, & put lettuce & no tomato on a sandwich that called for no lettuce. they were at least willing to fix it & even gave a free brownie but im sorry. they always mess up here & take a while. meanwhile the staff were all just playing around. only one guy was working, everyone else was laughing about taking each others airpods. they were not focused on orders, evidently. i don’t mind seeing coworkers playing because i too work in food service. but when there are orders & immediate tasks to get done, you must pay attention to what you’re doing & get it done fast & efficiently. i don’t know how we waited so long for a mobile order to have missing items & receive everything either...
