Crossing — Local services in North Richland Hills

My first time visiting was outstanding, and I don't give reviews just to waste time and be popular. It's important that the employees and the diners hear an honest experience.

Employees or customers can ruin a good eating location or work together to make it an awesome experience.

The staff was attentive and truly interested in A1 service to me and my friend. From the servers to the manager, I felt like I was at home. The inside was clean and well taken care of. I liked the television monitors also, I got to see the WORLD Series parade.

Excellent burgers and onion rings, hot delicious and juicy. I just got hungry thinking about it. After I finish this, I am going there again. When I am impressed, I tip the servers, but to tell you the truth, I am extra frugile, but great service breaks that every time. I tipped the server 20.00. It was great service, and the server deserved it, just like I deserved the great service and food.

I am always looking for the negative in places from past experiences, that is what made me decide to do reviews.

I have been a customer at this location for about a decade, and produce has suddenly gone downhill. Everytime we get fruit from this location, it is blatantly obvious that the fruit (ex: blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries) is frozen before being sold- which is awful. Once the fruit thaws, it becomes moldy and squishy within hours. I have had to return the fruit multiple times because of this and have been assured by management that the fruit was never frozen. News flash management: if the fruit has a frosty coating and crunches when being picked up- it's frozen 🤦‍♀️ common sense guys. Needless to say, management feels that their time is better spent arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the issue.

Kroger has always been one of my favorite grocery stores to go to. They have a great selection and produce and Dairy and vegetables. They also have a great selection of sushi dishes and hot fresh meals at the deli and a great selection of meats and cheeses. The prices are comparable to the local stores and they're always having good sales for your special super card. Their gas prices are also reasonable too and competition with the local gas stations. The place is also very clean and tidy and the cashiers which is very few cuz they're trying to make people use those stupid automatic machines taking the places of the cashiers which are always friendly and lending and...
