Arrenello's Pizza Highland — Restaurant in North Township

MY favorite pizza!! Ofcourse that may be a biased opinion. Fact the matter: if you love sweet sauce you will LOVE their pizza. if you hate sweet sauce,well then maybe you'd rather order one of their crazy fancy salads or sandwhiches. and they deliver to so many different towns,like highland,griffith,hammond,schererville,i think even parts of gary,and thats impressive!

Update :( :( :( I still absolutely love Arrenellos pizza but they have horrible customer service for the most part at the highland location and they DO NOT deliver anywhere anymore I guess,I tried to order on my birthday in May because i love them and I used to get delivery like once a month at least and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and told me they couldn’t deliver to me in Griffith and that they never have on Main street WHICH IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE, because they always have. I assure you I wouldn't be this upset if it was like somewhere I just tried for the first time and they said they didn't deliver to my location..no I was a repeat customer and I used to get delivery from here and you crushed poor lil ol me on my birthday.

I’d also like to point out she called me back an hour after I placed the order(I was originally told the deliver time would be 45-60 min from when I called) to tell me they could not deliver to me and asked if I still wanted to order...Meaning they hadn’t even made my food yet,which was equally confusing to me as much as the sudden anti-delivery,the woman belittled me and told me someone could come and deliever my pizza “special just for me” I have never been treated so rude from somewhere I’ve always gone to and loved......and still do love,the pizza is great,my golden birthday sucked though...

Tonight, I ordered a medium stuffed pepperoni pizza and ALSO, a small cheese pizza. We waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. When it arrived, it was only a small cheese pizza. It was apparent that it had been sitting. When we originally called, our order was not read back to us. I received a phone call shortly after placing our order because the girl was confirming our address (that we spelled and confirmed on the first phone call). After we received or food, I called to let them know that she only rang up the small pizza and was told, "well we can put it in now (35 min) and send it out (15 min drive) or we can give you something off your next order. She must have misunderstood. We are busy because if the game." At this point it was 7:05 and I have 2 hungry kids. This would mean a 3 hour wait from the time I placed the order to the time we get to eat. A family of 4 with 1 small cheese pizza. This is almost laughable. I will never return. It is unfortunate, when they correctly make your order, the food...

Ordered a large deep dish sausage pizza waited the 45min as we were told got to the restaurant to find out they gave our pizza to someone else then told us they can remake it and it would take another 45min decided to wait with my 4 year old and let’s just say it took an hour plus the crust was burnt the lady who supposedly was the manager didn’t seem to care if we were happy with the service or not she took half off the pizza almost forgot to give me my change back I had to say something to her about it, if I was the manager of this store and this happened to another family I would have gladly taken the pizza off no charge at all or maybe offered an appetizer or credit from the super long wait time and...
