Do NOT go there unless you want to deal with headaches, frustration and high blood pressure from getting pissed off over and over because a bunch of mixed up pieces being delivered and then no one wants to give you your money back! Been dealing with a reimbursement issue for over 2 months!! First off, the warehouse sent the wrong items, turns out the store tagged them wrong, so now we had a second delivery and it was WRONG AGAIN! Then they find out they didn't even have the correct size we needed at all in stock(it was an entertainment system). So we wanted our money back. They came to pick up the furniture and only took one piece instead of it all because they also didn't even include the whole thing on their pickup order. So had to wait to get the rest of pieces to be picked up another day. My husband had to miss 3 Saturdays of overtime work just to wait for the damn wrong items to be delivered and picked up! The store blamed the warehouse and the warehouse blamed the store. We had to keep going to the store 3 or 4 times to check up on the situation because nobody was getting the process going unless we showed up to remind them or push them to do it. At one point we ended up buying the store display because that was the only correct size in stock but we had to wait for it to be discontinued, we got it for a better deal, then when I was trying to get the money back for the returned one, they tried to tell me that I would only get a partial amount due to the remaining balance of the new purchase! Excuse me!? What does a whole new separate purchase have to do with the first purchase that was fully paid for and now in the middle of a reimbursement process. Then they were like oh no never mind. 2 months later I'm still calling the Distribution Center to get my money back. Almost 2 weeks ago they claim they send it and gave me some ticket number confirmation for a debit deposit and a check in the mail, and nothing happens. Then I call today again, and they said that a portion was sent to my debit card $324.84, I check my statement, why did they only send $35?!! The rest is over $1, 000 to be sent in a check(I paid in cash for a portion) so has to be a check that they claim they sent last week. they said that they are so sorry and will send it now and will take 4 weeks or more!! I am beyond pissed at this point, I've been so patient and polite but now I am planning on seeking legal action and filing a consumer report, as well as contacting Telemundo Responds, they help with these type of situations and it comes out on the news for other consumers to beware. They were quick to take my money and so helpful but now no one gives a crap now, its my problem now of course! NEVER again will I purchase here and will share my story with everyone, I know 2 other people who had similar situations there, wish I knew their story before...
   Read moreSales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Furniture looked beautiful. I placed order on 7/29 and was told delivery would be on 8/13. As delivery time approached, I got call saying there was a delay and furniture would be delivered on 8/22. I agreed.
On the 22nd I received no phone call and no furniture after cancelling a doctor appointment to be there for the delivery. 8/23 I texted with customer service rep, Ayub. He took my name, order number, address, store address and checked on order, but found nothing. He asked if it was an online order. Told him store purchase, he said he only handles online orders and transferred me to Leah.
Waited 9 to 10 minutes for her, and had to repeat same info. She put me back on a wait and FINALLY I got Adriana, who asked for same info again, so I said I gave it out twice. I asked if any of them communicate? She just said, "Send the info." Patiently keyed it in again, but she said I took too long and cut off the conversation.
I did not give up. I called the store, but got another machine that recognized my order from my phone number. So at least the machine knew I had an order outstanding. Recorded voice said order would ship in 2 to 3 more weeks. Meanwhile I have been sitting patiently in the living room on folding lawn chairs for 25 days. After 25 days they want another wait of several weeks?
I called the store and got the customer service number. I called to get my money back, but rep (Ayub - sound familiar, I wonder) acted as if he could not hear me. I WILL get my money back as I will go to the store and demand it. NEVER buy from Ashley, no matter how much you like the furniture! Their sales people are fantastic, but customer service is rude and worthless!!! They do not want to stay in business. I hope they get their wish. I will do my part to see they do. I have always been patient to a fault, but when a business runs my patience down you can bet they've worn out thousands of others long before me. I unfortunately need to update my review. Yesterday we were supposed to receive our couch. The delivery men showed up and as they were bringing the second piece in, I noticed something didnât look right. Both ends of the sectional pieces we ordered looked like they both were both made for the corner of a sectional. The gentleman who was delivering noticed it also. He verified that the pieces were what was ordered and they were. The sales person ordered the incorrect pieces and to make matters worse they told me that I couldnât keep either couches. To add to the issue our old couch has been on the curb in the snow and rain for 24 hours at this point. I spoke with customer service and that didnât even pretend to care that I didnât have couches and that I will be having family over for Thanksgiving next week. We had no other choice but to refuse the delivery and wait until the store opened. We went in and spoke with the manager, while she was very empathetic to our situation the only solution she offered us was to purchase the clearances floor sample. Oh yea and one more thing the sectional doesnât even come in the configuration that we need to fit in our space, so the sales personal Remy that we initially dealt with who seemed to knowledgeable apparently didnât even know what she was talking about.
