Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

I recently started eating dominoes and I always order it through the app for delivery. Today I was out and decided to call in for pick up. I placed my order at 5:10pm and was told it would be ready within 30min. I got there at 5:50 AND THE PLACE WAS PACKED! I checked in at the counter and was told it would be another 15mins. I sat and observed the staff . I love the way the manager compliments and encourages the staff. “Great job guys” “pizzas lookin good “ . It was nice to see that even under pressure and busy they communicated respectfully and was doing the best they could. The gentleman at the register seemed new. He asked questions and everyone helped. I sat for a while but noticed it was 6:27 😂 I asked about my order and the gentleman couldn’t find it in the system! The manager came and found it under my number and my order was Ready sitting on the counter.They both apologized and we laughed it off. A busy Saturday night new guy on the register it was kind of hard to even be upset with the wait. He told me to have a blessed day and waited on the next customer. I only had a medium cheese pizza 😂 But I love the energy, hustle and hard-work the staff displayed. Others got upset and mad. But I honestly understood. I’ll order again, but for delivery. The parking lot is too small. Keep up the good work guys...

Completely dissatisfied. Was up for almost 48 hours due to me being stuck for truck repairs. So I was hungry and thirsty and thought I’ll get some dominoes. After, my order was delivered with an open container I called and asked for it to be replaced. Agent over the phone said he wasn’t going to replace it until after he did ten additional drops and I said I can wait at the lobby because I was in a hotel he confirmed and said he will call back afterwards.

After waiting patiently for a reply I recalled and a different person picked up the phone and said they are not going to replace my drink because I spoke with him rudely on the phone. I said nothing out of the ordinary I just refused to have a free for the next time I order there. Which will, definitely, be never now. A co worker and I ordered a simple order of wings and coke. They never showed. Claimed they called and we didn't answer and to replace the order.we we're ordering from the ER at memorial hospital.i called spoke with Gabriel.he said to place it again and this deliver it.,20 minutes later I received a text saying they were in the ER at 1:32am.i called no answer so I texted back coming down No one was there.called the store and spoke w Gabriel once again who claimed he called my cell personally.i had no incoming or missed calls.only the fake text.Gabriel was very rude and hung up on me when I told him that hadn't came.i then spoke to security and the ÈR staff they never showed.i assume because it was a Thursday and near closing that they didn't want to be bothered.We work third shift and order from here frequently.but never again.the manager was rude and a liar.Dominoes you just lost your customers over at memorial...
