UPDATE: I wanted to add an update to my below review. I had gone back once more just to give this location another shot, and there’s been a huge improvement since then. I’m not sure if someone looked at the reviews and made changes or if it’s just chance, but the iced lattes have been made correctly during my recent visits and are delicious. I’ve also seen a huge improvement in the service, food quality, and friendliness of the staff. I’ve gone back a handful of times and will continue to do so!
Previous Review:
The old location was a lot better. The drive thru is technically a plus, but it usually takes awhile. I also don’t think that anyone there knows how to make an iced latte. I’ve gone a handful of times and am always hopeful that it’ll be made right but it never is. $4.97 for a medium iced latte is not worth it when it’s not made correctly.
I also ordered 50 munchkins once on a Saturday around 11 AM, waited 5 or so minutes after ordering, and then another 2-3 minutes at the window to be told that they don’t have any munchkins. How do you not have any munchkins and why wait until I waited 8 minutes in the drive thru to tell me?
This location is convenient because it’s close to me but lately I’ve been traveling further to other locations to actually get a drink that’s...

Terrible site layout. The drive-thru is a narrow and inconvenient safety hazard.
Terrible service. The morons that work here screw up even the most basic of orders. Additionally, I've had multiple staff members on multiple occasions tell me to use the ordering screen at the counter when they were clearly just standing around and talking. Most of the individuals who work here are mind-numbingly dull. I had to repeat my order four times to an employee today...
Lackluster interior seating area. New isn't always better; the old Dunkin' in Crossroads Plaza (which I adored, for a plethora of reasons) had extremely comfortable seating. Here, most of the chairs are brutally stiff for the back (including the cushioned chairs at the front). The only positive regarding the seating arrangement is the presence of wireless charging stations, but that only applies to the one table in the back.
Food sucks. My ham and cheese croissant was stale, my avocado toast was inedible. I also received an overflowing, unmixed coffee. Made my hands and the surface which I set the coffee down on sticky and repulsive.
Overall, I would avoid this place like the plague if you're from out of town. It's poorly designed and managed, and will only...
Read moreYou can tell the demographic of this location judging by the nasty, ENTITLED, scathing reviews these patrons have left. I really think these people in this area thrive off of being so miserable and unhappy with any service they get and feel the need to treat service workers below them any chance they get. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences every single time I’m here. My food has always been correct, delicious, fresh, and because I have dietary restrictions, this is incredibly important to me. I have ordered both in person and off the app, and I have never been disappointed. The people working have always been incredibly nice and they have even given me extra donuts without asking. Some of you reviewers should try being nice or less entitled and maybe you’d get the same treatment. I have also been to this Dunkin probably twice a week for the last few months since it opened. Patience and understanding goes a long way. Sorry you didn’t get your coffee the exact way...
