Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Northampton Township

I love rita's and had a coupon go buy 2 treats get one free. It was delicious as always. The one employee had his mask on when he talked to the customer next to me. But when he was chit chatting and talking to his coworker, he had it on his chin, while simultaneously adding custard to the customer's gelati. I hope in the future he keeps his mask on the whole time while working with the food because I would have asked him to remake it if it was my custard he was talking over...

This is what the local, natural area and creek look like right behind Rita's in Richboro. Absolutely disgusting. Owners clearly don't care about the local environment. We should not support a local business who treats the environment like a dumpster. Just imagine the cleanliness inside. Go here in person and you'll see, these photos are just the tip of the iceberg. Older lady made it right. Came here a week ago and they did not fill my quart of water ice to the top. Came back tonight and had asked them to please make sure it was filled and possibly the manager gave me a regular size to make up for the missing water ice in the quart, I definitely appreciated this, good customer service. Will make sure I always come to this...
