i did love this place. their calzones are good. and they deliver which is great. but i got the house salad today and it literally had undercooked bacon in it. i don’t think i’ve ever been so grossed out in my life by a food. because i had started eating it before i realized. not only is that gross but it’s a health hazard. if the guy had told me it was a mistake and he would refund the money for my salad I probably would’ve gone back. Instead he tried to tell me it wasn’t raw that it was cooked crumbled bacon. I’ve been alive for a lot of years and eaten a lot of bacon and seen and touched a lot of raw bacon. This was as close as you get to raw bacon. (idk, maybe the bacon guy didn’t do his job right) In the end he offered to make me another salad and send it to me. But after that I sadly won’t trust this place again. i love to support local small businesses and understand mistakes happen but unfortunately if you make a mistake and don’t fix it, you...

My wife and I've been in a couple times to grab a bite, it being the closest place by the library. While the seating is small, it certainly isn't dirty or dingy, and the prices aren't outrageous for being right across the street from a college. But the pizza itself is meh, and the dough really is greasy.

The REAL problem came when I foolishly tried to order delivery. I don't know if the person who took my call had a hearing problem, but they got EVERY element wrong ... from my card number, to my address (which I reiterated to the person TWICE, in my rather loud booming voice), to what we wanted on it, and he even didn't quite understand me saying "PIZZA" as opposed to a sub??? The delivery person went to the wrong address, and to top it off, the pizza itself was unusually thick: more the Greek style prevalent in New England (and which we hate) rather than the thinner ones they usually make....

Probably my last time ordering from here which is a shame since I’ve been getting food from here for as long as I can remember. Ordered through doordash and when I received my ordered, i was missing a few things and one order was just incorrect all together. I called to see if I could get the missing items delivered through their delivery service.

The phone was passed around and after explaining the situation to two different people I waited on hold for 10 minutes while listening to the employees argue whose fault it was and ultimately was told all I could do was reorder the food - with a 10% discount. When I expressed that I had already paid and that was ridiculous, I was hung up on.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waste of money and loyalty. Go somewhere else. Florence...
