Dunkin' — Restaurant in Northfield Center Township

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! These rude workers profiled me and refused to serve me. incorrectly made my drink then after re making it they set it on the counter without saying anything and let me stand there waiting for over 5 minutes. After waiting and seeing the drink was still not full, i no longer wanted the drink as i was upset with the quality of service and attention. I asked for my money back and they refused to, They yelled at me and harassed me instead. I asked to speak with the manager and they began screaming at me. Telling me they were gonna call the police on me. The other girl pictured instigated her coworker but then played dumb while helping me saying she couldn’t call the manager management or refund me. The only challenged male worker there was willing to help me because he witnessed that i had done nothing wrong, These rude girls redirected him to the back room and they refused to service me or contact management for my refund. They told me i have to come back the next day and threatened me instead.

Having been a long time customer to this location visiting SINCE THE DAY THIS STORE OPENED…. i will never return to ANY dunkin’ donuts!!! These two girls are a huge liability for bleaching customers food out...

I walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Employees walked past me several times, never acknowledging my existence or telling me they’d be with me as soon as they could. I tried being understanding, I can see that they only have 2 employees and I used to work at Starbucks so I know how it is. But then the one employee starts gossiping with the other while refilling cup stations while I’m still waiting there for my order to be taken. She accidentally made eye contact with me and then continued to ignore me. Eventually she walked past the counter and said “You can see that we only have two employees working.” I walked out at that point. I have sympathy for being understaffed because I have experienced it. But what makes a difference is that you’re still kind and professional and these two pretended that I was invisible. I sort of think that that was their plan to make me go away.

Avoid this Dunkin at all costs and go down the street - they are at the very least professional and kind even when they are understaffed and stressed.

This new location lost my business . I will go down the road less than a mile and get my Dunkin at the Macedonia location. 1st time I got wrong coffee It had 4 cream and 4 sugar I ordered 3 cream NO SUGAR .. threw that away cost me close to $3 . 2nd time I ordered the same coffee I I received the correct one however I paid with a $20 dollar bill and was missing the 10 dollars in change . I got a stack of 6 singles and a some loose change on a large coffee . I tried knocking on the drive thru window multiple times to tell the girl she shorted me $10 but the girl had walked away and nobody was in view or came back. It felt almost as if they planned on giving me those singles and change and rushing the transaction to purposely give the illusion that I received the correct change as I would have pulled away however I was the only car in the line so I noticed while putting my change away. I think they pocket the 10 bucks for themselves and hid until I decided to call it a loss and drive away. pretty good racket if you do that to multiple cars per day. Most people maybe would not notice until later or not at all and would be too late...
