Yikes! IF, big if, you can successfully make it through the queue, having a hostess add your name and number to iPad, you may or may not be texted when a table is ready. We were notified that our name and number were added to the queue and returned to our car...........35 minutes later and after watching a couple, who arrived after us, add themselves to the queue and return to their vehicle. The couple was then called back for seating before us, I proceeded to the door and noticed the hostess ignore us and walk away, I think she realized a mistake was made. Have you ever seen panic set in when they make an error? That is what I saw when she noticed🤦. When I prompted the hostess as to when we would be called she responded, " Oh, Well I can seat you now?", we were seated, I kindly asked why were weren't alerted of a table, hostess response, " uh, I think something happened and I didn't save it" . I know mistakes are made and it would have been as simple as owning up and apologizing for the over sight. Bummer, I really enjoyed waiting in the heat for 30 minutes.

The interior is well spaced out and I am confident they are following all precautions to keep people distanced in dining area. Seating time is limited to an hour 6 people max per party and service is prompt. Waitress was nice and welcoming. Menus are paper and you highlight you choice, wait staff are wearing gloves condiments are served in individual packets.

The image's of the food speak for themselves🤷 Burger is delicious maybe skip the onion rings, burned and not battered.

Last Thursday I walked in with a friend to place a to go order. I ordered a build your own salad but had accidentally circled both the giant and small. But ended up writing in GIANT and even told the bartender I wanted it as a giant. As he was beginning to type in the order I asked if he could put it on separate tabs. He seemed annoyed and then stated ya, but now he has to do what he was doing all over and different. (OK) After he was done entering in my manual salad order, I asked if I could also get some tots, in which he stated he already had entered the order and needed to do it again. I apologized for the inconvenience, but again, he had never even asked if I had maybe wanted something else with my order, including possibly a soda while I was waiting. So, I just paid the 2nd bill. When the order came out everyone from the kitchen seemed to be staring in our direction as we were handed our food which I thought was odd. I even said something to my friend and they agreed like why are they staring at us like that. Well, I am wondering if it's because the bartender who rang in the order did it completely wrong the second time. I received grilled chicken instead of crispy (which was really spicy for some reason). No cucumbers, blue cheese crumbles instead of shredded cheddar ( asked for blue cheese dressing). Highly disappointed when spending $20 for a build your own salad that didn't come near as close to what I asked for. I even gave a $5 cash tip on a to go order which my friend questioned me about. It's moments like these that I understand why people don't tip on to go orders. I will be more diligent going forward on all orders to check before I leave. UGH! Guess you don't order salad from a burger joint....

Ordered some sandwiches for dinner tonight. Got them delivered and was mostly happy with the food! Got the Magic Mushroom burger with sweet potato fries and an Emilios chicken sandwich with a grilled chicken breast instead of the fried. The magic mushroom burger was a blend of wild and button mushrooms that are seasoned and sautéed perfectly! They were delicious on their own and even better on the burger. It also comes with Swiss cheese and a truffle aioli. The blend of flavors was extremely tasteful. While the burger itself was a little bland, I must say that it was cooked perfectly to medium rare, just like specified. That alone is a rare feat, it seems like now a days! 5 stars on that! The fries, unfortunately, were cold and soggy. I don't blame the restaurant though, they had good flavor so I'm sure they were delicious hot and fresh! Emilios Chicken sandwich is a chicken breast grilled or fried, I got grilled, which is topped with fresh mozzarella, jalapeño bacon, poblano pepper mayo, guacamole, shredded iceberg lettuce, tomato & red onion. It was very flavorful. The chicken was cooked nicely and well seasoned. The bacon was nice and crispy. The sandwich itself was super salty, though. I'm not sure if it was the chicken or the bacon or just the combination of the two. It was sloppy as well. The whole bottom bun was soaked midway through and basically fell apart. It's not a big enough issue to ruin it, I would say. Side salad was decent. Fresh. Average sized. Nothing special. Their blue cheese was great, though!! Overall, it was pretty good. Would probably try next time in person vs. delivery, even though the delivery service is convenient. 8.5/10 try it, I'm sure you won't be...
