Yoma Yama Sushi — Restaurant in Northvale

Went for family dinner around 4:50pm…. We were the only table. Server was kind and nice but the food was not even tolerable. Sushi spicy tuna had bad smell and complained. It seems the manager didn’t want to hear and just said it is as it supposed to be like it. She didn’t even try to taste or smell though. What a joke. I just told her to check the tuna and their other frozen sushi plate. Nabeyaki udon was the worst. Worst I’ve ever tried so far. Two dinner box combos were just filled with flour filled fried vegetable and tasteless chicken and pork. Just total waste of dinner time and food quality. I have been coming here for years. And from day one, to now, the sushi is consistently fresh and delicious, no matter what time of the day, or week. The owner knows me by name and voice,and she is always so friendly! During the COVID shutdown, this was the only place I went, because I knew how clean they were.
