Panera Bread — Restaurant in Northvale

This panera bread is one of my favorite spots to eat and relax. The food is tasty and using the kiosk, I can personalize it! For example, the Greek salad personalized... No tomatoes, light onions, light olives, add arugula, add 2 hard boiled eggs (on the side) wanton noodles (extra), light salt and pepper, add chicken, 2 dressings on the side.. I usually grab a to go bowl because there is too much food for one person after all of the personalizing! I save the baguette and eggs for a snack another time. The rest of the salad makes another meal. So, for about 14.00 I have essentially 3 meals. Also, if you have a reusable coffee mug, you save 20 cents by clicking refillable mug instead of a small cup of coffee or tea. Sipping hot coffee by the fireplace is reason enough... The coffee is fantastic!

I am grateful they were able to make it thru staffing shortages during covid.. The bathroom cleanliness took a hit but the service did not! I'm happy they are so accommodating to people who stay for hours studying as well as hosting a game night, which I believe is Thursdays but don't quote me. Check Meetup for a listing if you're...

Ordered here recently, ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich (not sure what it was called), Mac and cheese, tuna sandwich, and two soups. First of all, when I got there, I told them I was there and waited for the person to come do curbside pickup. However, I found myself waiting for an extra 15 minutes before heading inside, only to find that my order had been waiting and they hadn’t bothered to come bring it to me. When I got home, I was angry to find that all my chips were missing, as well as my French baguette and spoons. The sandwich they gave me had stale bread and was very hard. The other sandwich had onions when I asked for no onions. The only thing that was stood was the Mac and cheese, but still, if I’m going to order something, at least double check it unlike how these people just throw whatever they want into my bag. Don’t recommend this location to anyone unless they step...

The staff are very unprofessional as they stand around talking to each other very loudly while one person does all the work. As for the food, the portions are consistently smaller than any other Panera Bread that I have eaten. Every time I come here no matter what I ordered it always seems that the portions are one third smaller than every other Panera Bread 5/26/22 Decided to give them another chance went to the kiosk placed an order. 15 minutes go by and I see people that placed an order behind me getting their order I approached the manager and she said the order didn't go through. I'm in place my order with a person another 12 minutes go by while people behind me were being served I asked the manager again and apparently the orders are not fulfilled in chronological order they're filled according to how much you order and if it's to go....
