Worst costumer service I ordered three burritos and I confirmed with the cashier if she understood me asking for 3 burritos maria said yes and once I got home I notice she only gave me 2 burritos and charged me for 3 orders of chille. When I clearing told her I wanted 3 burritos. I called the place and they started arguing with me they only charged me for 2 . I inform them the point is I took my time out of my day to come here to get 3 burritos and now I need to waste my time and pay for the mistake their cashier did worst customer service I ever. The customer's always right they should at least give you my burrito for the inconvenience unfortunately the manager on shift strongly disagree and wanted his money he is getting paid for this I am not getting paid for coming back. So please double check your order before paying. My opinion is the cashier should always double-check with the customer with the order nd the price. Been eating here since 2008, and it’s been pretty good and consistent for a fast food hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. I love their carne asada quesadillas with sour cream and guacamole, their asada tacos with pico, guac, and a ton of chile, and their rolled taquitos with shredded cheese and guacamole. Their prices often fluctuate and seem to be trending up lately, but it is what it is. Prices are going up everywhere. I used to go to their location right on the other side on Firestone next to the car wash back in the day when I was out late all the time, roaming the town, because you walk right up to that window, but I just stick to their drive-thru location on Imperial these days because I’m old, tired, and just wanna get home after a long shift at the hospital. I use to come here all the time but now I feel racism tords me, probably because im "white" and every time they screw up my meal, not once not twice but 10 different times. I order the same thing every time and make it very clear even repeat it nicely but they just stare at me like I'm stupid. I have my lady go and order instead, then it comes out correct! have no where to really go at 1 in the morning for Mexican food im very sad and disappointed with the new staff because 5 years ago I reviewed this place and it was amazing at 5 stars. Now I give it 1 star for horrible customer service and how they laugh at me and make me feel like they are messing with the order.
