so we doordashed the order bc my gf and i are on a road trip. put the order to pick up for 1-1:10. my gf gets in at 1:05. guy says to wait 8 mins, thats okay. it is now 1:37. the only reason we stayed for the order is because we had already paid for it. we got coconut milk, a passionfruit tea, and dubai crepe. they were all fortunately delicious but it wasnt worth the wait and traffic hit. i feel bad because apparently there was only one worker in the store but the wait was ridiculous. they should really try to have more than one person on a shift. we needed to get on the road to avoid traffic and thought ordering ahead would save us time. i had to go in there and try and tell the guy we were needed to go asap and his whole station was a mess bc the poor guy is running the whole shop alone. there should at least be someone else doing register and orders. would go here again once i saw more worker but this was a horrible...

One of the worst bubble tea places that I have been in. I am so pissed off because the lady on the counter took too long to make only three bubble teas. We waited there for about 20 minutes. We asked some questions about the menu and she didn’t even answer properly, she just repeated the same thing that was on the menu. One of the cups was broken and I had to throw it away, because I couldn’t even drink it, and when I came back to the store for asking her for another cup, she didn’t even opened the door and just ignored me. We paid almost $30 for three bubble teas, and it wasn’t even worth it. The price is definitely too much for the poor service, experience and flavor. We’re definitely not going back there never again. I would much prefer throwing away my money than giving it...
