I had one of, if not the worst dining experience at this location.
I'm from out of state and am visiting on vacation. Decided to go out for dinner for my last night in the area.
Things started out as good. The service was quick and the food came out quickly. So I was very impressed with everything.
I ordered a Wet Burrito. The rice that came on the side was very dry. As if it had been sitting out all day without any water added to maintain moisture. My burrito tasted very bland. There was hardly much taste to it at all....
So naturally. I informed the waiter of this. Who returned to inform me that he spoke to the manager and I would either have to pay for the meal (which I only took a single bite out of) or speak to the manager.
So I speak to the manager. Because why pay for something you aren't even going to eat? He comes to the table. No introduction. So I ask if he is the manager. Then explain what was wrong with the meal.. He then begins to go on a BS rant about how "people do this all the time. Come in and eat half the meal then just leave" ... mind you. I only took 1 bite out of this burrito. So I respond telling him that "This is the first place I have EVER been told I had to pay for a meal I was unsatisfied with" He then tries to tell me that if you go to a McDonalds and they mess up your order. That they won't do anything about it....
After going back and forth listening to him foming up with different poor excuses as to how he shouldn't take care of the problem. And then explaining how wrong he was. He finally said he would take the burrito off the bill...
Long story short... I felt completely disrespected by the poor customer service provided by the Manager and would recommend thinking twice before...
Read moreWe have been visiting Casa Fiesta recently as take out, and their outdoor seating area as COVID restrictions have been put in place and lifted. The story has mostly been the same.
Food is solid. It's not the most amazing food in the world, but it's decent Mexican food at solid prices. My wife and I can have a good meal and leave a 25% tip under $30. Great!
That being said, your service is a roll of the dice. Before we had our particular waitress, half the time I ordered my food would come out wrong. Not as in I asked for salsa on my food and it came on the side, but asking for no chicken, and no sour cream, and getting chicken and sour cream made in the food.
So why do we go back? Well, we aren't smart people and like how close it is. The place has their own lot, and it's easy to get to. One day we had Jessica. This young lady actually listens, pays attention, and makes sure our order is right. Last time we went she wasn't working the patio, and service was back to normal. We won't be dining in unless she is available, and we have given up on take out. Regardless if you go in and clearly explain, definitely check your food before you leave. The first time it was wrong take out, I had driven home and found out. The second time it was wrong, I knew to check before I left. There hasn't been and won't be a third try at take out.
*And please watch out for the patio. They haven't been clearing out the bee hives building up on...

We sat outside on the patio and it was really nice. The parking lot isn’t pretty, but the patio itself is decorated nicely and the service didn’t suffer even though we were outside, which is sometimes what happens when you don’t eat inside.
To start, we each ordered an agua Fresca de Jamaica- (hibiscus) and I also got an horchata 🤣. They were both good. They have a full bar and lots of cocktails but we had spent the entire day outside in the sun and didn’t feel the need for alcohol- otherwise I would’ve ordered one to try and review!
We got chips and salsa, which were good as well.
I ordered the CRAB ENCHILADAS (THREE CRAB ENCHILADAS COVERED IN OUR HOUSE MADE CHEESE SAUCE AND RANCHERA SAUCE SERVED WITH RICE AND BEANS) which I enjoyed, and he also ordered some enchiladas, but I don’t remember what kind at this point 🤣- that’s what I get for writing a review in the winter after visiting in the early fall…
I’d definitely visit again if we’re in the area.
It looks like there’s an all you can eat lunch buffet from 11-2:30 Monday-Saturday, which sounds...
