Never go this Jack In the box if you have the chance this is a life and death situation they will poison your food and you’ll throw up and wish you were never born once I had paid in the drive through for my poisoned food they took my credit card and keep it to make their own purchases with my money so when I went home in Glendale then I realized I didn’t have it so I had to drive all the back and Elizabeth had my card in the card holder right in the back of some gift cards which is a unsafe area to store it because she might have accidentally gave it to someone and all she had to say was sorry and not even in a remorseful way then I ask for the Jack in a box company number and she said it was on the wall when I look I realized she lied so I asked her again and then she told the truth by saying it was on the door but at least she was nice enough to give me my card back so at all costs do not go to this Jack in the box and do not comply...

Its food used to be better, the service used to be better and the cleanliness of it has decreased especially in the bathroom, yes I get it that there's a certain community that doesn't respect it but shouldn't this corporation kick it up a bit, logically speaking if something is dirtier more than usual shouldn't it be cleaned more often !? I will say this when the manager Dalila is there it's far better than when she's not. I do see her being pushed & pulled thin in all directions. Read moreCan't see how this place will last. It's gone downhill over last year from food quality to staff & with the owner now charging for everything, soon it will be like KFC down the street. Shut down. I go to others now & they give you whatever you ask for within reason & no charge. The prices are too high & having to pay extra for a sauce means you go somewhere else to save a little, which means businesses make less and shut down. No biggie. We already have to leave Norwalk to get everything...
