I come here very often, only because it has a playplace for my daughter to play in while we wait 20 minutes for the tepid food to come out. I use the keyosks and, more often than not, will pay with cash and it'll take someone 5 minutes to come over to even cash you out to even start the 'making your order' part. And yeah I get it, 5 mins doesnt seem like a long time but to stand at a counter with countless employees walking back and fourth and passing you, taking orders outside, etc, IS a little crazy. The employees bagging food 6 feet away will purposefully turn their back to you as to not make eye contact. Forget about going through the drive thru. Every time I have to resort to drive thru, I would bet big bucks that they're 'waiting on nuggets, please pull up to the rail'. No matter if there's 0 cars ahead of me or 20. Doesn't make sense. Fries are typically never hot and fresh, MAYBE 2 out of 5 visits. I will say that they do usually do my 'extra' or 'no' condiments correctly, but that's about the only good thing I can say. Out of the 4-5 times a week we come here, I'd be hard pressed to say there will be ONE good employee out of those 4-5 visits per week that will actually be pleasant and on top of things. And unfortunately, I don't usually see them again. Sad. And I wish I had another option with...
Read moreRead till the end. Went through the drive through. Person was very nice when taking my order and when I went to pay. Pulled up to get my food and they were a little backed up so I had to pull around and wait. No big deal, I'm not in a rush. They were pretty quick, only took about 5 minutes to get me my food. When the person read me my order, unfortunately one item was wrong. Apparently there was a little miscommunication when I place my order. Lady was very nice about it and they just decided to remake the sandwich. Then another lady came out, seem to be dressed a little bit more professional and have thick blond hair. She came out and got very snippy with me and told me apparently there's more than one type of sandwich and that's what the lady put in. Apparently I should have noticed. This took me a little by surprise cuz everyone seems so nice. I explained to her the type of sandwich I wanted. She then went back inside and came out with my food. She then said and I quote "maybe next time you should check the order so we wouldn't have to remake your food." I understand that mistakes happen but you do not talk to someone like that. If this wasn't for my grandma then I would have just got my money back. I hope this lady gets fired. I hope this lady's not a manager because she's a horrible...
Read moreTruthfully our last two trips to McDonald's, both in Norwalk, OH, we're disasters and may keep us from returning. Two weeks ago, we were told we had to pay cash (machines were down) no problem. Cashier didn't know how to make change, again, not a big deal. We pulled up to window for one hot fudge sundae (for my 95 year old mother, waited for 15 minutes while girl at window chatted with the car in front of us. Tonight we went to a different location because of our last experience. This time, 10 piece nuggets, double cheeseburger and again, mom's hot fudge sundae! Got to window, got hot fudge sundae and were asked to pull ahead (which I wish they had done to people in front of us two weeks ago) we waited 25 minutes this time. Girl finally slowly comes to vehicle and asks if we are waiting for an iced coffee, apparently for the car behind, which had been waiting for about 20 min. No smile from the girl, no I'm sorry for your wait, nothing!! One family inside, BTW, so NOT BUSY. He lost it, was not feeling the best anyway. There is NO EXCUSE for not a smile or apology having been there for 25 minutes. Doubt we'll be back to either location. I know places are short handed but at LEAST teach your employees to be considerate and...
