Starbucks — Restaurant in Norwalk

I am a frequent visitor to many of the Starbucks locations in Darien and Stamford, and the Darinor location is excellent. The in-house service is fast and friendly, and even though there may be a wait, the orders are filled as promptly as possible and I have never had a mistake with any of them. I have only eaten inside one time, and the only problem I had was that the music was a little loud. (Not unusual for most of the Starbucks I visit.) I love that this location has a drive-thru, and that is my preferred way to order, especially at night or in bad weather. Yes, the line of cars is sometimes long, but this is such a popular place that it comes as no surprise. Another wonderful feature for me is that this location is open until 9:30 PM which is so perfect for a last-minute decision to grab a latte! Be aware, though, that if you are a night owl like me, you may find many of your favorite items all sold out before you get there. (That's the price of being such a popular location, I guess!) I always enjoy coming here, chatting with the employees and getting some great food and delicious...

When ever I write a review I alway try to be positive, its unfortunate I can’t be positive about Starbucks in Norwalk CT. My experience at the drive through at Starbucks in Norwalk CT was awful. I ordered a large pink drink I asked Thor it be be made light on the coconut milk and extra on the strawberry base and to make it bright pink ,the woman who took my order said she understood what I wanted, however when I got to the window my drink was too milky, I asked to plz change it, the cashier rest the drink on the window ledge and walked away and left me there, after what seem like forever another employee came out and handed me the same drink with a smirk on her face. I was so upset and annoyed,I was also thirsty so as much as my drink was not made to my liking I drink half and throw the rest out.I will never visit this Starbucks again. I frequently. Visit the Starbucks in Poughkeepsie NY and the Starbucks on Greenwich Ave..they are awesome there and they care about...

Updated review 2023: This location has become absolutely too hectic. Corporate/management needs to do something, such as better staffing and possibly remodeling the store. It can take 30 minutes past the wait time listed in the app to get a single drink. You can't walk in on a weekend and order something at the counter without waiting nearly 20+ minutes. The employees look absolutely miserable as they are forced to prioritize the drive through, ND they get dinged when they aren't fast enough. The order pickup area is often a disaster zone with dozens of random items lying around, making it hard to find what you ordered. It is not an exaggeration to say this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have stopped going as a result.
