Five Below — Local services in Norwalk

Went to this Five Below expecting a chill shopping experience, but left seriously disappointed. After we left a negative survey about our experience, an employee (assuming manager) actually confronted us about it as we walked out . Super unprofessional and honestly kind of creepy. Instead of addressing the issues we pointed out, they chose to make it personal.
