Mattress firm company offers zero costumer satisfaction, do not go there! No transparency, misleading advertising and a bunch of hidden fees. It’s not about costumers it’s about taking your money. I bought a bed from them at $1100 ish (Beauty rest)mattress full size it was like a stove. I couldn’t sleep I had to take few breaks During the night and then go back to bed. I went to the store to return it but salesperson encouraged me to give another chance for another mattress. Second mattress I was sinking about halfway. I started to have sharp back pain I couldn’t take it anymore. So I went to the store, salesperson gave me a hard time to return it. Instead he gave me a list of all the fees about $700 ish I was responsible because I Bought from them. Fees That they failed to explain to me at my first visit neither had them print out in my receipt or handle at the moment of the transaction. If I knew what was their policy I wouldn’t buy anything for them but of course they just care about making the sale. So here I’m with no mattress at all and A bill of $700 ish that company doesn’t care. Since I wasn’t explained at all about return policy neither exchange I asked to please wave some fees and they said sorry we forgot to print out our policy which It was supposed to be in the back of your receipt or handle / print out but that’s how the company do business. Taking advantage from people shouldn’t be the way to do business. Full disclosure to all costumers right at the beginning it’s my best advice. So now you know if the mattress doesn’t fit you they will somehow keep more than 50% of the money. Just...

I really cannot say enough great things about Chris Peck and my experience at Mattress Firm the other day. He happily helped me, even with more than a couple of other customers entering the store, and more than a few phone calls coming in (He greeted everyone with a warm smile and a kind word or two, but still managed to focus on me). He was getting busy but it didn’t seem to ruffle his feathers. He knew how to multi-task so well, to keep everyone happy and attended to. He smiled, made jokes, laughed at my bad jokes. I don’t think he even made any money off of me!!!!

I had to call and speak to him the next day, to ask a few simple questions, and not only did he answer my questions and clarify everything, he even took some time to talk to me about an personal issue that I was having (that was somewhat related to the purchase of the mattresses) for a while. He gave me the feeling that he would be there for me to talk and answer question for as long as I wanted him to. No rush to get off of the phone. He offered up his own personal experiences to help me muddle through my current difficulties. I would never expect to get such amazing, personal, and professional service ANYWHERE.
