Arby's — Restaurant in Norwich Township

I must admit It was VERY Clean inside & out. The Food was Fast & Fresh! Great sandwiches to select. However an employee attitude could use a tune up. One young girl at the counter was appropriately polite. The other older women who came from the back to briefly assist- not so friendly to anyone. Just negative sour type of Vibe. That just made me not want to eat their... so took our truly tasty food to go. *Hey Arby's: Attitude can be everything when working w/ the Public- Please Be Nice, maybe even a smile to thank them for choosing your business...believe me, there are PLENTY of other places for customers to choose from. Just sayin'. /Perhaps she was having a bad day, will give them another chance cuz I like the food but in all honesty I have often been to the Arby's on West Broad St while they were10 times busier and they Always were Friendly no matter how Busy. They make customers feel Welcome!! Now THAT made me come back to them when in the area. I'm a repeat...

First off, this location was always great with food and their service. My better half ordered food for takeout at approximately 7:30pm, 2 days ago. Burger, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, curly fries, and 2 cherry turnovers. Burger was pink inside, almost raw, nuggets, and tenders we're stale and absolutely dry have been sitting there for a while to the point you could lose a tooth it was that hard! All in all, Garbage!! We threw the whole order out at home. I went back the next day to get a full refund and was advised that the Burger is made like that, unless specifically ordered as well done!

I will not order from this location again as much as I appreciate the quick refund, but I am not paying 28$...

Upon getting there, the store would not honor my coupon as it was online only, but you can not order online. So I ordered something else. Upon getting back to work, i realize they screwed my order up i got a small fry, double beef in cheddar, well my small fry looks like whatever was left behind in the oil and my double beef n CHEDDAR well it was lacking the cheddar. The "assistant manager" i will call her, was bagging food with no glove on clearly you can see as she holds the bag open she touches her hand with an apple turnover as she is putting it in the bag.
