Discovery Clothing — Local services in Norwood Park Township

Second time I’ve come here and had to wait almost 10 minutes in line when there was only 1 person ahead of me! This happened BOTH times when I’ve came here. 3 girls were behind the register and only one was ringing up while the other two are behind the register gossiping! Finally when the girl who was ringing someone up finishes, she forgets about me and I’m just standing waiting some more until I eventually ask the other two girls where their manager is because I’ve been waiting for almost ten minutes and one sasses me saying “I don’t do the register” and walks off. I understand how retail works and it’s so unprofessional to just watch a customer wait while you gossip with your coworker. Terrible. The only star I’m giving is to the girl who forgot about me, at least she was sorry...

We are very happy with our purchases from the Discovery Store on Harlem Avenue near the Harlem and Irving shopping center. The parking lot is free and easy to get into. The store has lots of clothes to select from all the way from party and fancy wear to cozy comfy pajamas. The prices are extremely reasonable. On this trip my daughter purchased this black dress for a Christmas party and she purchased some knee high boots which cost 50% less than what they wanted for similar boots at a major department store down the street.
