They charge me 10$ late fee for Harwood Heights car window sticker, after my explanation that I had to wait for my new documents on my new car, and I had to replace car windshield because it gave a large crack, knowably it is impossible to remove Harwood Heights windshield sticker I did not purchased the sticker because there were no sense to place their unremovabal stickers on windshield that needs to be removed. I was only 10 days late and they gave me a late fee of 10$ for being a good resident of Harwood Heights. Shame on you guys, for charging for the late fee, I always do everything I can to be a good resident, and this is how you treat own good resident....

This unethical Village has a red camera on the corner of Harlem and Lawrence with no sign prohibiting the right turn. They are robbing drivers who turn right as allowed by law. Shame on you for tricking drivers into paying a hefty fee of $100!!! Thieves Also, their website does not have the option to pay online, and when I called, the woman was vulgar, saying she could not take any payments that I needed to pay in person. RUDE INEFFICIENT...

This place has gotten much better. I stopped in today 4/15/2024 and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional the service was. I was there for real estate transfer stamps.

Harwood Heights has the highest transfer tax in the state. $10 per thousand.
