I hadn't been to Burger King since I was a kid, and had heard from others things were going downhill. Saw an ad on Youtube for their Mozerella fries and decided to run through the drivethrough.
Aaand I can understand why friends have said things have gone downhill. Pulled up to the window after placing an order online, they didn't have the mozzarella fries nor did they have the frozen drink I ordered. She tried to tell me I had to choose a regular fountain drink (while I would still be getting charged for the more expensive drink price). I asked for a slice of pie and a drink instead and when I got to the window I was spoken to very rudely by what I assume was the manager, saying I would need to pay for the slice of pie (I already paid for it with the excessive charge on my drink). I asked her to cancel my order and she said I would need to call my bank and dispute the charge. I was courteous the whole time and would've hoped for the same in return.
Food was mediocre and service was atrocious. You had a chance to regain a customer but you failed to do so. Either have the items you advertise available, and at the bare minimum be prepared to treat your...
Read moreDecent place. I ordered through the drive-thru during peak lunchtime rush, but surprisingly, I didn't wait in line for too long, and my food was handed to me immediately upon arrival at the window. It's been a couple of years since I last visited a Burger King, but I was randomly craving a Whopper and spotted this location from afar during my commute and decided to turn in to grab a bite. Picked up a couple of beef Whoppers and a large fry. It was mediocre at best, but it at least scratched an itch and satisfied my hunger. The beef patty was a bit bland, and the lettuce and onions were thoroughly wilted. The fries were cold and stale. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The food was underwhelming, but the service was nice and quick. I might pay them another visit if ever I crave Burger King...
Read moreJust stopped in for hot chocolate and to use restroom. I noticed a girl wiping down the tables & chairs, since I was the only one there it was 9am. I wanted to tell her that she should be using new wipes for every table & chairs, cause using the same towel for wiping down with the sprayer, your just transferring germs to each set, I'm just saying. But I didn't say anything in case they bar me from there, but if I go back there for whatever, I'm bringing my own wipes to wipe down where I sit. I'm sure her intensions were in the right place, but you'd think the manager would have told her to have a whole roll to use, since he told her to spray down every thing. What's the use of sanitizer if your just using the same rag or towel. I'm just...
