Went there today. I usually travel like into the burbs because of the vibe....i love that they braught the silk flavors back. What I did not like was the workers today. I had walked in around 3 o'clock to get myself a hot Cocoa and some store Bay and then when asking what flavors they had she was like whatever we have on the screen when she could have just gone through exactly what the question asked. I only asked because I've never ordered hot Cocoa from there and I am partially blind in my right eye. And I am hyper sensitive to sound and lighting so like I was nervous to look up because I just had a neck surgery done. Instead I just said forget it and I will never be going...

We often try to come here and 2 out of the last 3 times we have arrived close to an hour before the closing hours displayed online. We came to find the lights off and doors locked with a handwritten note on the door stating that they closed early. I can see a one-off situation but this is becoming a regular thing. Great way to inconvenience your loyal local customer base. Wonder if your corporate office knows of this regular practice. Maybe they should be made aware of it or maybe better yet update your online hours! If you close at 8pm then make sure the information is accurate and not show 9pm. Get it...

I am in here right know and I came in with my daughter I just tried the pistachio flavor for the first time and I thought I liked it until I payed for it and sat down and started eating it more and I just didn’t like it I asked the two girl if I can switch it out for more mango and they flat out looked at me weird and said we just cleaned out the machines and it’s not old and when I said that’s not the problem I just don’t like the flavor they said no just buy a new one know there whispering about me thinking I can’t hear them and keep looking my way as if that’s not obvious enough horrible...
