Hands down the worst food/service myself and the wife have ever had, first off the food, wife had a breakfast sampler, the bacon is definitely pre-cooked and there buffet style sausage was as cold as the bacon how is that possible? The eggs were medium warm at best, the ham was the only item that was good on that plate, now the service, the server definitely had some kind of chip on his shoulder would roll his eyes when asked for more coffee creamer, now it comes time to pay for this garbage food he literally stood next to me as I sat at the table and stared like a deer in headlights when I gave him my money and he realized there was no tip, let me state this obvious fact A TIP IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CUSTOMER, And I find it totally disgusting that a company would even suggest how much to give as a tip, If IHOP feels that there employee do such a wonderful job then YOU SHOULD COVER THAT TIP NOT THE CUSTOMER, We pay for the food you should pay the rest, it's not the customer's responsibility to pay for health insurance or anything else when especially the service and food were 100% total garbage 🗑 I definitely don't appreciate taking my hard earned money to a business were I get eyes rolled at because I didn't leave a tip, shame on you and every other big name franchise that doesn't take care of there employee good or bad. I will never again spend a single dollar there. You're better off supporting mom and pop style restaurants, I wish I could have put ZERO stars. Update as of 05/06/25 I received an email a week ago from the corporate end of IHOP that someone would reach out from that location to talk to me about the situation and of course NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT, Definitely doesn't surprise me one bit that a garbage location like that one ever would and here is the proof in regards of the email, It took a horrible review to get a response so I guess it's going to take another horrible review to get a response, WHAT A JOKE...
Read moreFirst of all I know it's mother's day and I was expecting it to be busy. We were a party of 5, we get there at 9:00 am, and we are told 25-30minutes for a wait. We get called at 10:05. They sat is down at a table that wasn't cleaned off. Our server didn't show up until 10 minutes later. He took our orders and didn't come back with our drinks for another 15 minutes. The time was 11:04 when the server finally brings 2 of our orders ( but no pancakes) to the table says that the rest will be out shortly. He brings the pancakes and says again the the rest should be out shortly. The food he had brought out was under cooked and looked old. He finally comes back with 1 more order and it was cold like if was just sitting there. I told him to take my order back because it wasn't edible. He apologized and left. It was 11:30 when we weren't going to wait for the other 2 orders to come out. I told the hostess to cancel our orders because we were leaving. We were surprised because the other tables around us were getting their food. The manager never came out, but then again I never asked to speak to him. I did pay for one order that was 1/2 eaten and the drinks. We spent almost 2 hours waiting for eggs, bacon and pancakes. We've been here before and never had a bad experience like this. I was over charged we placed a catering order that shows an amount of $159.99 that serve 40 ppl with 80 packages. I was charged $320, I contact them right away and disputed the charges, Ulises, was rude, and unprofessional, he told me that he charged me for 80 pancakes when I never asked him for 80 pancakes, the catering package I chose was for 40 ppl and it included 80 pancakes. I explain this to him, but he chose to be rude and not credit my account. I called corporate and complained about my issues. I received a call from another unprofessional associated named Steve Queenester that claimed that he was the president of the company, he treated me like I was a nobody, he didn't allow me to explain my situation all he kept saying was I can give a $50 gift card and that's it, you either take it or leave... like are you kidding me you over charged me $160 additional and you expect me to take $50 gift card!!!
