Worst Windsor Iâve ever been to , nice to know a place where you spend a lot of money sucks with customer service. Please train your staff the only one who seemed okay with it was the manager but I had the displeasure of having to deal with Susie . Besides not knowing how to talk to customers to the point she said do not talk to me (perfect for a retail employee) . There was an incident by the fitting room where my sister was asking about a dress she had the curtain open and I was helping my mom stepped behind me when a minute later she rudely told me only one . I tried explaining to her my mom just appeared out of nowhere . She didnât even listen and just spoke rudely to me also ignoring the teen who was actually blocking the pathway . I guess being the only black customer in store was my first problem cause I wasnât even yelling at her when she had to call for back up. Which then same tone of voice and same thing I told the First Lady , I told the manager . She understood and said that the situation was alright. By the end we didnât even want to buy the dress which is a shame because my sister birthday and movie premiere is coming up, so we thought this would be the perfect place to go. So I guess donât go if you want customer service , or are black, or mixed . One star for the manager but honestly the manager shouldnât be the only one who knows how to talk to...
   Read moreHighly disappointed with the service from the "manager" Jessica. As my teen daughter was in the fitting room trying on several dresses for her graduation pics and graduation day. I had asked another associate if my 3 year old daughter would be able to use their restroom she was going to say no but had the respect for a baby to go and ask the manager.Which was Jessica at the time and she right away says NO. I then seen Jessica and explained it's for my baby and didn't want to leave my teen in the fitting room as I had to go across the mall to the public restroom her response was NO its only for employees. Which I understand but this is a child and I was purchasing items in their store. Was still told NO! So I asked for her managers name and # was given a out of service # and she did not give her managers name until I asked for the 3rd time. The only reason I purchased anything from this store was because i shouldn't punish my teen daughter for such poor customer service. This will definitely be my LAST time ever visiting this store and I will make sure no one in my family goes...
   Read moreThis place was not customer friendly. Tried to exchange a jacket that was a little tight never worn with tags. I asked for an exchange NOT A REFUND. I purchased the jacket at a different Windsor location yet still a Windsor store however this location is the closest to my residence This I was told that I had to wait for a manager to be out the bathroom. After doing so... The manager refused to exchange The receipt returned policy was 6 days late from the date allowed After repeated attempts to exchange item, I asked for what would be the process if I didn't have a receipt. She said that was not the case and refuse to help.
