My son and I waited 30 minutes behind another customer at the drive through on Sunday 12/29 4:55 -5:25pm. I am not sure what was holding up the car ahead of me. Note to workers: It’s ok to tell the customer with a problem order to pull up and allow the customers behind them to receive their food. After 10 minutes I wanted to just leave the line but of course the lane was constructed too narrow and 2 cars were behind me. The driver ahead of me had no awareness that he was inconveniencing people behind him. All of this for Taco Bell food!? After the 30 minutes I just drove past without my food since I had not paid yet. Could you imagine how cold it would have been? I kept it classy and just waved as I passed. I made a right turn and went 100 feet to McDonald’s and told the drive through attendant the story. He couldn’t believe it and just laughed out loud. I will never go to any Taco Bell ever again. I go in at that time and after waiting 5 mins an employee asked if I had a mobile order and I replied yes and gave my name. You hear her tell her co-workers that I'm there for my order so as I stood there customers that ordered after me received their order before me and they basically took care of all the customers at the drive thru. I ordered a $5 cravings box so it was not anything complicated and they had at least 5 employees working with 2 going on break. Another 5 mins pass and the employee gives me an empty cup for my beverage, Finally after waiting 15 mins an employee says "Here ya go" and I finally received my order.
