WARNING YOU RIGHT NOW DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! My boyfriend and I came in and ordered ONE taco with meat & queso. The price of this is $6.15, per CHIPOTLE’S WEBSITE. Instead, the store charged my boyfriend $17 for this and he didn’t notice until he left. We went back in and explained that they charged us for 3 tacos mistakenly, instead of 1 and their response to us was that we were “wrong” and the guy manager who’s short with black hair said to us “online orders are less expensive than what their store charged”. Which literally makes zero sense….I called the Chipotle number to ask them about this and they told us they could see on their end that the store charged us for 3 tacos, not 1. So we had to go all the way back to the store and when we arrived one of the female workers with curly brown & red hair said to the manager right in front of us “They’re back”. Which was just so nasty considering how respectful and patient we were being. When I got there, the manager suspiciously was already standing at the register ready to issue me my refund….the same refund he denied us an hour prior, because we were “wrong”. In order to do this we needed to give him our card so if we hadn’t ever gone back to the store, we would have never gotten our money back which is so insanely wild lmao..After all this the cherry on top was not one single worker apologized to us SLIGHTLY, even though throughout this entire pathetic situation we were nothing but patient, calm and respectful. I HIGHLY urge you guys to not come here if you are someone who doesn’t often look at their transactions or receipts, because this is absolutely guaranteed not the first time they’ve done this to people. They definitely get away with this all of the time because a lot of people don’t notice this kind of thing. Such a shame because it’s such good food, just really...
Read moreThis location is highly mismanaged and not going by the standards of other chipotle locations. I have been a customer of this location for almost 4 years and every time I go here, my experience has always been bad. I always give this location a benefit of doubt, that it might be a bad day but nopes, it does always disappoint me. I have seen this multiple times, when I go to the location at around 6:00PM on any day, they just close the location while the online status of the location says its open till 8:00PM. Which restaurant will close at 6PM, at such a high traffic time when everyone is out for food. I have seen that they run out of their stuff and cannot judge how much will be required till 8PM and often close the location 2-3 hours before 8. This has happened to me twice and I have seen it multiple other times when I am inside the location and they just put a banner on the door, that its closed for further customers. People who are outside have been in shock and surprise with such an absurd behavior of this location. Many a times, people have raged outside and discussed with me as well, that how can a location do this? Also they don't have any set rules for food, i.e. sometimes I get crunchy tacos on the side with my bowl and sometimes they charge for it and sometimes they just refuse it and say they cannot give it unless you buy tacos separately.
I have stopped going to this location and now I go 8 miles away which is Needham location, despite the Norwood location being just 2 miles away from my home.
Chipotle management should look into this and move this franchise to someone better who is capable of running this location, and who can do better assessment of how much food they should make each day, so they don't run out of it. This is a basic requirement for any restaurant to be open until the time stated on...
Read moreThis Norwood, MA location has seriously gone downhill in the last few years. Ordered three burrito bowls from here & each one was super disappointing. The bowls were sloppily put together & extremely sad looking upon opening. The bowls were unlabeled so it took about five minutes just determining whose belonged to who. They were also missing requested toppings without any notification of this. In the the first bowl, fajita veggies were missing, and roasted corn salsa was added in its place (not requested). There was an additional charge for the new pollo asada chicken; the bowl contained about six pieces of this chicken total. Half of the pieces were extremely fatty. It wasn’t even clear what the new chicken tasted like due to the lack of it in the bowl. In the second bowl, I received disgusting chicken that was chewy & undercooked. I also had the unpleasant surprise of biting into what appeared to be cartilage or bone. In the third bowl, the chicken was, again, of poor quality. The fajita veggies were also missing. Overall, my experience with this Chipotle was unacceptable, which would lead me to avoid ordering...
