Just went to the Oakley location with my mother for a sit down salad. The salad bar was a mess, food was everywhere and what was left on the bar was barely there. I mentioned it to the girl working and she informed me that there was only 3 people working and one doing the salad bar. Okay that’s fine but not my problem during dinner time. I got what little was available and put it on my plate then went back for seconds only to find out that the cashier neglected to tell me you only get one trip and no signs were posted to say that. You can imagine my disappointment considering I barely got much to begin with. I could have went to Kroger and bought the things to make salads at home for what we paid between the two of us. Before the pandemic my mother and myself came at least once every 2 weeks. Needless to say I was and still am very disappointed. For this one there is no second chance especially since the girl working there had opportunity to make it right and chose not too. Thank you but no thank you.

Read moreI have loved Jason's Deli since they opened in Grandview Yard. When we moved to near Cinci, I was pleased to discover the Rookwood location, right off 71. Now, whenever I head to Hyde Park, Ault Park, or the art museum, I stop by for a sandwich and a drink. I love how fresh everything is, that they have gluten free bread, and especially the black currant iced tea, which I can never get enough of. The salads and soups are always very good. However, I was sad to learn they had taken the organic vegetable soup off the menu, as this was the only one that meshed with my dietary restrictions. Please bring it back!
Honestly, though, my favorite thing about going to Jason's is how welcome the staff makes me feel. I am always happy to see Ruben at the counter and he makes me smile every time. The other staff have also been helpful and greeted me warmly. Going to Jason's is my favorite mid-day pick-me-up and I will be...
Read moreOkay real question, how did Shaquisha or whatever her name is (black female with dreads and blue dye fading on the ends) become a manager? Insane. Okay anyways, I ordered two Smoky Jack Panini’s on a slowwww day. It took 30 minutes to make two sandwiches. I literally witnessed five other customers walk in, order, and get their food before I ever received mine. I kept asking, what is taking so long? You would think Shawquisha would have possibly said oh idk sorry for the long wait? I could have ordered a pizza with how long it took, maybe I should have…Ramundos anyone? Back to Shanquisha her- and the dude with the WWWN (Wicked Witch of the West Nails) needs some serious retraining. The fact they were training a new employee just shows what’s to come lol. It’s just giving, I hate my job and they don’t pay enough. Lack of accountability, trash customer service, and a waste of time overall....
