My recent pickup experience from Paradise Biryani Ponte left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Not only was there an unacceptable delay in receiving my order, but the disrespectful behavior of the staff, including the waiter, added insult to injury. To begin with, despite receiving a notification that my order was ready for pickup, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes before I could finally obtain my food. This delay not only tested my patience but also contradicted the convenience I expected from a pickup order. It's disheartening to feel misled by an app's notification and experience such a significant delay. Adding to the frustration, the waiter's disrespectful attitude further soured my experience. As a customer, I believe that basic courtesy and professionalism are non-negotiable. However, the waiter's behavior was far from that. Instead of addressing my concerns with understanding and empathy, they displayed a dismissive and rude demeanor. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated with disrespect, especially when I was already dealing with the frustration of a delayed order. A good dining experience encompasses not only the quality of the food but also the service and treatment of customers. Unfortunately, Paradise Biryani Pointe fell short on all these fronts during my recent visit. I understand that bad days happen, but that should never be an excuse for poor customer service. I hope that Paradise Biryani takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity for improvement. A reliable pickup experience, clear communication, and respectful customer service are vital for maintaining a positive reputation. As a customer who values both good food and respectful treatment, I sincerely hope that my feedback helps them make the necessary changes to create a better experience for...
Read moreOk so I have never given a restaurant a review; good or bad. However, I am obligated to write one for this place in particular.
I would advise anyone planning an event at this restaurant that DO NOT DO IT! Their service is horrendous.
This place has the rudest wait staff I have ever spoken to. Giving them payment in advance, and going over the menu, and the seating arrangements multiple time, they spoke to us like we were intruding their personal space. They were the least accommodating and the most unapproachable bunch of people. At a point, I personally was afraid in approaching a member of their staff in fear of them giving us an even harder time. They gave my brother-in-law such a tough time during the event. They refused to give us drinks. We had to give our guests plain water about 30 minutes into our event as we ran out of Coke. They refused to provide us with more. Throughout our event, the manager (or whoever it was) kept bugging my brother-in-law to wrap things as our guests were still arriving.
Overall, a very bad and very stressful experience. Wouldn't want anyone else to deal with such mean people. If this is the way they makes their guests and customers feel, they shouldn't advertise their event space. The fact that they advertise their event space and collect payments in advance shouldn't mean that they can treat their clients with such negligence and...
Read moreI usually order through grubhub for them (which doesn't offer the spice level choice). Finally got to visit in person because the food is always amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Chicken tandoori- Absolutely awesome. Tender and fall off the bone plus we love to mix the bit of cabbage with out rice.
Chicken curry- tender with a ton of aromatic herbs. I'm Jamaican and I adore a curry. Its about the most authentic curry you can get in the area outside of the Golden crust which is currently closed.
Garlic naan- soft and well spiced.
Goat pepper fry- this is by far my spouses favorite. Super tender and even when you come across a bit of fat, its never chewy. Bones included so it stays moist. He had never had goat or indian food before and now its about the only food he wants to eat. Tell me everything else is bland 😂
Chicken hyperbadi- tastes amazing but the portion size is smaller than the other dishes above. Only enough for 1 person.
I can't remember the name but we also order the desert that resembles bread pudding. Its a milk dish with cardamom and spiced with soaked bread. Absolutely my fav desert in the area but it sadly doesn't do well overnight if you were planning on eating some the next day.
5 stars, good customer service with asking questions about the menu and super friendly with ordering extra sauces on the side. Will be...
