Doordashed Pot Belly tonight. Ordered turkey and avocado sandwich on white bread, salt and vinegar chips, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The bread is very good. A little crust on the outside and soft on the inside with a pleasant flavor. I hate it when bread tastes sweet underneath and this did not. Loaded sandwich up with veggies. Sandwich had adequate turkey but wasn't like meat mountain which I can't stand. I hate a sandwich that is all meat and you are gagging. Sandwich is a very decent size. The cookies were some of the best cookies I have had. A slight crunch, soft on the inside, and you could taste all the melted chocolate. Chip brand wasn't bad, pretty crispy. Also there was a Potbelly in Detroit where I worked and the shakes are so good. I should have gotten one. Cameron was awesome! I don’t normally come here but my wife wanted me to get her a sandwich after work. I placed my order with the polite gentleman who I didn’t get a name for ( sorry) he looked me in the eye and asked what I would like( nowadays people taking orders just stare at you with no greeting waiting for you to talk first.) ask Cameron who he was cause he deserves a kudos. Any way Cameron not only asked me how my day was but actually had a very nice conversation with me which showed me she wasn’t just there but actually cared about giving a great customer experience. Cameron and the young man deserve a acknowledgement for their great job today ! I ordered the wreck and the new steak type sub on 06/17/2025 around 5:15pm if that helps. We ordered our lunch online today and the pick up time was 12:35. Order was not ready when we went to pick it up and it would have been still ok if they prepared our order as soon as we reached. But had to wait for an hour to get the order, meanwhile they kept preparing orders for the walk in people. Why would you even have online ordering and a delivery time if it is not going to be honored. Plus the sandwiches were horrible and one of the smoothie was missing. When we called back, we were told the manager is not coming back until Sunday morning and we should call back then. I guess they are hoping that we will not call back.
