Ochado Bubble Tea (Nutley) — Restaurant in Nutley

The second time at this place was a disappointment. I had gone to Ochado the day before to get the Mango Bravo Cheesecake drink and it was so delicious. It was thick and creamy(like a milkshake) with sweet mango blended in with the cheesecake cream, and graham cracker crumbs layered in between the cream. It was like a heavenly dessert drink. But tonight when I went back and ordered the same thing, it was poorly made. It was watery,(not thick and creamy) the graham crackers where mixed into the drink and not layered on top. It was just like a regular milky bubble tea. I thought the cheesecake series drinks were supposed to be more like a thick milkshake since that's the way it was when I first ordered it. I informed the manger and politely asked if they could have it remade, but the second drink was even worse. It was still watery plus the drink was hot when it was supposed to be a cold drink. I wasn't sure if the staffer was irritated that I had requested to have it remade because the second drink looked like it had been slapped together.

First time ordering and last. My review is here since I guess they blocked reviews on the app. Mind you I was very excited since I ordered at 8am and waited until 12:30pm and I love sweets. But unfortunately they don’t pay attention to detail, costumers or overall experience. My only requirement was for the items to be separated especially since I ordered many and some twice (for a reason). They decided to just squish all together in a cup that only takes certain amount which equals to $10 bucks not $20. They could’ve been professional and called me to at least advice me that they couldn’t do that not cheat me of. I just spend basically $20 on a drink/dessert that was trash and was missing many ingredients. But their loss definitely won’t be ordering again from here. Don’t believe me look at the review...

This place is completely impeccable! First of all, the design of the shop is so cute, it makes for a nice little seating area for when you wait for your drinks. You must see it for yourself! Also, the drinks are astonishing! The cheese cake is so creamy, and the flavors in them are super delicious. The ice blends are perfect because of the nice texture they use for the ice. Also, the milk teas are a great way to get your favorite flavors in a drink. Ochado has so many flavors that I guarantee you will find something you like.
