Updated review, 09/05/2025, ordered an iced mocha, no whipped cream, same as I always order. Got brought a super blonde coffee which is incredibly bitter and definitely an iced latte. Told them it was incorrect, they proceeded to bring me the same nasty drink that has chocolate syrup at the bottom as an afterthought. For a $5 coffee I’m not pleased at all. I shouldn’t be having to have this be remade and it’s not correct still.
04/18/2024, it’s been about a year since the last review: Just went through the drive thru. I ordered a triple cheeseburger MEAL, TWO mcchickens, and a filet o fish meal. Cashier rang me up for triple cheeseburger fries and drink as individual items, charged me for THREE mcchickens, and the only thing he got right was the filet o fish meal. I was READING off the text I included below, so there’s no mistaking what I said to the male cashier. Then, charged me $35.73 so ofc I paid with $40 as I was paying cash. Then wouldn’t hand me my receipt and looked at me like I was stupid for waiting until I asked. Get home, look at my receipt, got overcharged and did not get charged the total on my receipt. And trust, I come with receipts :) What is with these awful customer service workers??! It’s disgusting. I’m just trying to feed my husband and toddlers bruh
Previous 1 star review: Ordered breakfast. Got to the drive thru window 1 minute before it ended with our mobile order already placed. They removed half our order without telling us. Food we did receive was ice cold. Refused to fulfill our order and claimed we were late. Extremely rude to us when we went in, highly unwarranted might I add, when we politely mentioned we did not receive half of our mobile order. Got cut off multiple times in the drive thru as well when asking to adjust our order. Won't be coming back to the salt lake location probably ever again. Hope corporate steps in because if yall can't be nice then maybe you're in the wrong business. Never have experienced such bad service from the hundreds of other locations I've visited. When i was finished no total was given or if everything on the screen was correct. He just said pull up to the next window. No cars were in back of me. When i got the window he didnt wven acknowledge me or say my total.i used my card and tapped to.pay. He then gave glared at me while putting my card away as if he wanted to fight. So i asked him do you have a problem. He was silent and continued to give me a stink eye..No thank you or hello or have a nice day. When i proceeded to the next window another care pulled up to pay and it was his friends.I spoke to a lady at the window and she said she was the manager. I expressed to her that i was disappointed and she said she would talk to him .His name was Jerome. I am not surprised by the quality af the customer service from there. It seems that the store really doesnt care anymore about the customer and how it affects their business. Jerome was rude and I definitely will not recommend or patronize them as its evident rhat Jerome had an attitude. No customer should put up with a disrespectful kid when purchasing anything from your business. Its not funny nor appreciated. So embarrassing that you have a non professional child representing you. As for the mananger in charge ,i hope you take this seriously as a simple hello and thank you goes a long way Attitude should be left at the door if you are miserable and dont like working hard. Read moreJust ordered food from this McDonald's and asked for fresh made to order 20piece Mcnuggets. Not only were they not fresh they were cold and to my concern looked raw. Ordered a large fries with no salt guess what got salt. You order taker ,an elder lady at this place was not very receptive and some what not listening. Asked for a special order cheese burger was made so sloppy. Where's the quality gone. So disappointed. When someone orders all we ask if they can think about the food they serve and how you treat your customers. The guy that gives the food to you wasn't friendly nor did he say thank you. This is not the first time I had issues there. We stopped going there but forgot that we had a bad experience before. I don't have problems going to the Aiea location and all of them there are more friendly. With a pandemic we should be more respectful at this time. Definitely not sure why asking for fresh food is a problem here. Please don't assume that you are not being held accountable. I will probably not be going back there even if it is only a few minutes away. McDonald's you may not care about this concern but I'll be going to give someone else my business. Fresh quality and cooked food is all I ask.Dont eat there for you own sake.So disappointed. Really think about what your employees are doing . We just want to eat and not worry about what we ordered.
