First time I went to this location, the unprofessional HS girl taking orders was busy playing and laughing with her friends in the background. She could care less about taking my order. When she finally did, she couldn't get it right. She would say " What?" Like she literally had no idea what she was doing...I veered out of line in the middle of ordering as I couldn't even deal. I knew the hwy K and N location was better. This was months ago. TODAY my husband and I stop but I had warned him I hadn't been back since that painful experience. They literally had to be throwing a party in there. So , we stop today as it was closer and on our way and I figured...maybe those kids are fired already. Had to be...because there are people in the drive thru line haha! WRONG!!! 😂😂😂 FIRST thing we here when we pulled up " Go ahead"..............................um.....ok??? LOL!!!!! So my husband starts ordering and mid order she says " Yeah,...I know I already did..." Like totally carrying on a convo with someone else!!!!! WHILE LISTENING TO OUR ORDER!! We looked at each other...I say " Are you talking to us??" She continues convo...we pull around and leave. HOW IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN??????? HOW DO THESE PEOPLE KEEP THEIR JOBS??! I wanted to get out and take a little a picture of the drive thru girl so employers would know who to not hire.. Read moreI prefer to order via the mobile app because it always seems like the person taking the orders is also the one doing payments and they seem to miss many details and it gets frustrating. So today, when my mobile ordering wasn't working, I was dreading ordering a nonfat caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso through the drive-thru, but was blown away by the awesome service I received!! I'm not sure what the gentleman's name was for sure, maybe Trey? He looked like he was training another young man at the payment window. Not only did he ask if I wanted nonfat milk for my second coffee as well, but up-sold me a breakfast meal while taking the time to tell me the total price difference, which was really nice. He was a fast speaker with impeccable diction which made the ordering process quick, efficient and - most importantly - correct! He also helped the guy taking payments when my mobile scan didn't go through the first time and I had already said "oh, okay. That's fine." I told him thank you for the best ordering experience! As I drove away from the payment window, a co-worker was asking him for help. This gentleman was the model of customer service for me today and seems like he is a point of knowledge and direction for his co-workers. Walk in staff don't greet us instead "argues" among themselves and one girl says she's going to walk out and does as we stand there at the counter the other 2 employees say nothing to us but instead talk to her on the headset to come back inside. So here comes the child of an employee to take our order. (Yes I'm sure she was a teenager but a job is a job and of you aren't grown enough to have one you shouldn't). Ok I know should've left already but traveling, hungry and just want to get back on the road. She takes our order then goes to back, doesn't clean up the lobby which needs it. The drive thru lady which was the one arguing with lady at front counter upset she didn't make something instead of just asking... She is doing order while complaining goes over to cooked hash browns and uses her HAND not gloved to put it in the package. Then a guy who was the other one person arguing with the other girl comes up instead of helping the only girl that seemed to be workinf (one making sandwiches) is talking to drive thru girl instead of all the employees not working they could've cleaned up the floor bags napkins and fries everywhere. Use a broom clean up the store and find employees that know how to work! Poor...
