This is the absolute worst Starbucks in St Charles County. They have messed my order up several times in a row. It became so irritating that I stopped going there completely months ago. Today my employee offered to pick up my hot coffee order and when she arrived to my company, THE COFFEE WAS ICE COLD & HALF FULL! How does a barista fill a cup half way.... seriously?!
Don't get me wrong, the employees are nice as pie and always try to fix my order. The problem is, each time they try to fix it, it still tastes like trash and I just smile, thank them, and leave cuz I don't want to waste energy trying to explain to someone that's never going to get it right that my coffee is still terrible. This time they offered me a credit but I really don't have the time drive there myself so I honestly don't know when I'd return.
My strong suggestion would be for the manager of that store to make sure that their baristas get proper training and are 100% qualified to put out quality products before they are able to serve people who enjoy an Over-Priced...

I’m done, I will now drive the extra few miles to the new Bryan Rd location for best service. My order is simple and always the same, literally daily. Carmel macchiato with almond milk, no foam, no room. I can’t have regular dairy hence the almond milk, that you pay $.60 extra for. I say no foam and no room because it is a $6+ cup of coffee that I get daily, so I want it as full as it can get cause it doesn’t last long. But it never fails, they always find a way to screw it up. Most of the time it will not be made with almond milk, and yes I can taste the difference instantly. If it isn’t the milk then it is full all the way. Below is a picture of a no room requested order, I haven’t even taken my first sip. Read moreI have never written a review before but every time I go to this Starbucks it is never pleasant. I ordered a triple grande cascara latte with soy milk. When I got home to the window I was handed a double tall cascara and I politely said I ordered a triple grande and the barista at the window said "you said a double tall cascara latte" mind you I have worked at Starbucks so I am sure I know how to order a drink.. so she took back my drink and makes me a new one. When she hands it out I said thank you and she didn't say anything but just walked away, not "sorry for the miscommunication" or even a simple "have a good night". I know what it's like to be a barista, it's not easy to make everyone 100% happy with their drinks but it's certainly not hard to just have a polite manner.
