I'm not complaining about the main McDonald's business area but I went to store 7274 located at 2994 u.s. Highway 92 Daytona Beach Florida 32124 the restaurant eating area was a mess the tables were dirty the drink section was the worst I've ever seen in my life spilled soda ice cups lids straws straw paper all over the place and the floor was filthy I tried to get someone to clean it and they said that Jane whose work there for a while is in charge of it I've had problems with her before sending me obscene text messages on my phone which I have talked to you and complain to you about in the past she was not fired for this which upsets me very much to this day she still has a mouth on her and one of these days somebody's really going to say something to her about it she waste time at work in and out of the bathroom and spent over almost an hour and a half in the outside parking lot dumping trash so the lobby was not cleaned she was asking the management is she could get off work she said she'd mop the floors and everything was clean I was waiting on line to get something else to eat I told her to drink sections filthy she said where is it filthy and I showed her I said you can't see and she mouth off to me about my background felony record there are numerous people in the area waiting to buy food and get food I got very upset and told her a few Choice words she went outside to the management and said I was harassing her the same manager who took my complaint and I also showed the text messages that she put on my phone that were obscene and threatening to me she was not fired and as you know I've taken this all the way to you folks in the past and nothing's been done to get rid of her the management threaten to have me removed by police and I said they need to get rid of her because every time I come in there she has something to say the management said instead of talking to her to come to him but he's so busy all the time I can't get to him I've got a right to come to a public restaurant and eat and not be harassed but now I will never go back to that McDonald's ever I'm suffering from a bacterial infection which put me in the hospital it's called C differential and filth such as I experience today could of killed me the restaurant floors the drink section and tables we're filthy I will never ever go back there and every one of my friends and I will text all my friends I will blog how bad is McDonald's is the employees that they are hiring now their bad attitudes and the unprofessional treatment you get there it's horrible it's really a joke so if you want to go to the McDonald's don't go to the one I just mentioned because you may just get very upset with the employees threatened to be kicked out or get sick from the food or the filthy areas I wouldn't even recommend a roach running across the floor because they would get sick very very filthy so my review of this McDonald's I'm International Speedway in Daytona...
Read moreMcDonald's has lost their way. They seem to have forgotten that customers come there to get hot food quickly. Most times I come here there are way too many employees chatting away, usually all are facing away from the registers. Even if some of them see customers, often times they don't come to take an order or inform someone else of customers' waiting. When they do take your order I have to specifically ask to have it freshly made. Otherwise it is guaranteed to be luke warm at best, but usually cold with too much ketchup drizzled down the sides. Lately they can't seem to even wrap the sandwiches properly. Food presentation has gone out the window. After placing the order, they sometimes ask for my name. I don't know why. I don't want to be their friend, I want my food. Then I have to figure out how to balance my change, bills, receipt, beverage cup, and order number tag so as to no irritate the people waiting in line behind me. As I go to my table, the wait feels weird. I'm not at a casual dining restaurant where the wait staff has to bring food that needs to be prepared. It's a burger joint that has grown up and wants to be more than it is. I'm become conditioned to getting my good relatively quickly as I stand down from the line where I placed my order, going off to quickly eat my meal and move on to my next responsibility.
McDonald's has become an impediment in my life. --It slows down my day with attention focused on the wrong things (obviously bad management and executive decisions that care more about looking good to management and ignoring the needs of its customers); --serving cold to warm food instead of the hot fast food I need to keep going --for the last two weeks, I have tried to order Apple Pies, and 3 out of 4 times, there were no pies. What the he'll is going on? --slow service at the register is further slowed down by asking for names, issuing too much to balance and carry away (miss the old days when they irritated you by asking would you like fries with that, the Value meal concept solved that quickly) --Menu boards don't show you everything McDonalds sells. Often times the board lists the same info repeatedly. So instead of listing pricing for a small, medium and large fries, it will list the pricing for medium fries three times. --promotions are not consistent or continous. Free Fries Fridays comes and goes Free items associated with White Sox Homers are not consistent Have no I idea what happened to Fried Mozzarella Sticks --restaurants are not cleaned nearly as much as they need to be. I have been here for over an hour, and not one person has cleaned a single table or chair.

THEY DONT JUST ASK ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE BUT THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD IS SATISFYING, YOUR DRINKS ARE REFILLED, THEY TAKE YOUR TRASH FOR YOU WITH A WILL TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE NOTHING LESS THAN A GREAT ONE. MARQUITA IS A SWEET LADY WHO REFILLED MY CUP OF ICED WATER FOR ME WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY REFILLING DRINKS FOR OTHER SITTING CUSTOMERS TODAY. IT PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE TO RECOGNIZE THAT SHE ISNT GETTING PAID EXTRA OR TIPS LIKE Servers DO AND SHE WAS STILL WILLING TO SERVE ME MY CUP OF ICED WATER TO MY TABLE. MAY GOD ALMIGHTY SET HER AND HER CREW UP FOR A RAISE. ALSO ID LIKE TO MENTION ANOTHER GREAT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT THIS MCDONALD'S BY THE NAME OF NANIS. SHE IS VERY MUCH LIKE MARQUITA IN HER Great CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THIS LADY HAS ALSO GONE OUT OF HER WAY TO EMPATHIZE WITH ME (A STRANGER) WHEN IVE BEEN LIMITED ON MY MEANS TO EAT.
