SLOW AND VERY RUDE.. I have tried to go to store 022792 three times in the past 30 days and every time there has been 1 car in front of me and they would not take my order till the only car in the drive through was helped. Once that car drove away they took my order, it’s clear that they are making people wait at the beginning of the parking lot so that they can improve their “drive through time”. The 2nd time I walked in to complain about this and I was told that “they are the store manager and they didn't care”, she was very rude. I then came back today order 302549 to experience the same delay, this time I did not complain instead I just sat in the drive through and waited the same time they made me wait, they was not happy because I messed up their drive through times but I didn't care. I recommend you all do the same thing, just wait few minutes after you get your food in the drive through that way it mess up their drive through times and maybe next time they will think before making people wait. Someone from corporate needs to sit this store manager straight, she’s rude and plays games to “make her store look good” when it’s not. They are the only Taco Bell around so when the kids want Taco Bell that's the closest place, if I had another choice I would...
Read moreI can’t remember the last time I’ve been here and they didn’t screw up my order. You have to dine in, otherwise they will likely short you something. If you do use the drive through, check your bag for all the items you ordered, at the window, before you pull away. I asked for no ice for a cold coffee once (because I had a long drive home and I didn’t want watered down coffee) so they gave me less than half a cup of HOT coffee. Unacceptable. For as few people that request no ice, they shouldn’t cheap out and give you only a half a cup just cause the ice isn’t in there. The prices have shot up at the same time the portions get smaller and smaller. Now I have to order like 3-4 items to get a full meal. You shouldn’t be spending $15 a meal at a fast food restaurant. The floors are ALWAYS sticky in here. They should be regularly mopping and cleaning tables. I’m not sure why they even have a cash register because they won’t help you there. They make you give up waiting for someone to take your order so you use the kiosk. The kiosk takes 4 to 5 times longer to order than telling a cashier your order. Taco Bell puts something in their food to make you crave it, so I’ll probably be back when they come out with a new item. Oh and...
Read moreI get it, it's Taco Bell, not a fine dining experience by any means. But when there is a consistent pattern of mistaken items, wrong ingredients, and "manager" attitude, it's time to cut your losses. I called each of my last 3 visits about an incorrectly made item (same thing each time with clear emphasis made on how I wanted it done, steak quesarito with no chipotle sauce). Not a difficult request.
I spoke with a person (different each time) who says they're the manager and that my next visit would receive a free item as compensation. When I show up on my next visit to order I get admonished by the apparent actual store manager for either not coming in soon enough, or not having spoke to the "correct" manager. In fairness, they do honor the free item but not without first making it seem like it's some major inconvenience and I'm trying to pull a fast one for some free food.
I guess it's on me that I don't eat Taco Bell more than once every few weeks and that's why I haven't reported in the very next day as is apparently required. At least I know I won't have to worry about them messing up my order, as is standard practice, because I will go out of my way to go to a different location if I ever want to get...
