Subway — Restaurant in Oak Creek

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY!! the serving sizes are unbelievable!! I ordered online with extra everything and paid extra for it too to see that both footlongs r completely empty!! I was basically just eating bread! There was basically no meat in there at all, 3 tomatoes in the whole footlong maybe 5 strands of onion 4 small pieces of cucumber and a little bit of lettuce. I asked for pickles and they didn’t even put those in there. There was little to no sauce even tho I had ordered 6 different kinds of sauce. Keep in mind I had ordered EXTRA of EVERYTHING. I used to go to this subway all the time before it went under new ownership a few years ago and these new owners (Indians) are vary CHEAP! Since the first bad experience I had here I had stopped ordering from here and went to a different location 15 mins away (on Layton near Meijer, it’s genuinely the best subway and the employees are vary kind and friendly I would definitely recommend that place) although this location is just 2 mins from my house. This place had also stopped accepting coupons but I had happened to be ordering online at my usual new location but saw that this place was also accepting the coupon and the weather was really bad out so I thought id give this place another try instead of driving out 15 mins in a snow storm but it was the worst decision I made. I was vary dissapointed. I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves less...

The only reason I gave two stars is because the manager (I assume?) who works weekend mornings is always wonderful.

But I will never come back. I went in today around 7pm. I worked at Subway for 3 years and know exactly how easy it is to make these sandwiches. I was one of two customers with two employees behind the counter. The girl who helped me legitimately made my sandwich with one hand. At first I thought maybe her other hand was injured or didn't work, but she did use it to wrap and package the sandwich.

When asked for spinach she put two leaves (yeah, I counted, I'm petty) in the middle of the sandwich. She completely doused the sandwich in mayo to the point where it seeped through the paper. No smiles, no eye contact, and she was looking out the window most of the time that she was making the sandwich instead of actually looking at the sandwich....

I' I could give negative stars I would. Manager at this location is a complete joke. I decided to leave due to poor service. She yells are you kidding me as I'm walking out the store. Actually argued and swore back at me and was confrontational which escalated me into more confrontation. Take your bustedbu elsewhere. Total lack of customer service and communication. My next call will be to their corporate number.

Update: After my incident I went back and talked to the "real manager" Becky. She told me she watched their video and confirmed what had happened and apologized. She offered me free food which I declined. Afterwards I only go back when she is working whenever possible. The service from Becky is outstanding and truly makes the difference when it comes to...
